REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-45
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A is target cuing information provided
the remote viewer.
5. (S/NOFORN) This session was done concurrently with Session DC-46, on
15 December 1980 at 0900 hours, Eastern Standard Time.

TIME
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 15 December 1980;
mission time is 0900 hours.
All right #01 the time is.now 0900 hours. Your mission for
this morning is to find the man in the photograph. I want
you now to move back in time, back in time to Friday,
12 December 1980. I want you to scan those 24 hours of
Friday, 12 December, and describe any significant activities
or events surrounding the individual in the photo. I want
you now to relax, focus on the man in the photo.
#01 Ah, room, a hotel. It's got a lot of plants out by the
+02 balcony..'lot of long, narrow leaf plants. Hotel room is like
ah....first floor, three floors. I ain't gettin' any kind of
significant activity though ......... That's all I get.
#14: Okay #01. 1 want you now to scan the time period 13 December
1980, Saturday, the 13th of December 1980.
+05 #01: Umm....black car, drive out of town, country side........
He just picked somebody up....to a house. House is white
stone.....and, he's goin' by this....down this road that
goes by this ..... some kind of a complex.....Just got a feel
like he's..... cruising it. Drives by it two-three times....
Some side roads. And, it's...discuss the...this complex or
whatever it is for this passenger......... Comes back,
drops his passenger off, comes back to the hotel.
#14: Okay #01, I want you to particularly fine tune your focus
and describe what's happening at 12 o'clock noon to the
individual in the photo.
#01: Get a....he's like in a crowd, a lot of people..........
going through some....kind of wire or gate. There's a big
crowd of people moving through fences ..............

#01: Going by some kind of construction. He's going over by this
...it's like a small, small restaurant or cafeteria or something.
It's in a, some kind of a red brick building. I, it's like part
of this complex area. I see him with 4 or 5 other men eating
lunch. Just listening and eating. So, he comes back out after
eating..... some kind of a truck area or something, in, busses or..
trucks..... just a minute. Gets into a, some kind of a modified
truck or bus, six or seven other people in it. Drives down like
this road in the middle of this complex, goes out the other end.
Stops at a...a far corner, a far section of this plan area...
and he just comes back with this bus......he's riding around on
this bus.....I have him back in a automobile. I don't ...know.
I'm...just a minute ...... I saw him going from this bus to an
automobile, and leaving.... I'm not sure how that happens. He
just does that. It's like he scouts this complex out by riding
around in this...modified vehicle of some kind. It's like a
large industrial complex...with its own streets and...transporta-
tion system. Looking-he's looking for something. I don't,
I don't think this is his main, main day. This is like a
preliminary......going into a...it's like an area that's blanked
off from him. Like walled off. It's like he's becoming known
to some people, and...he's preparing to' enter,. their section of the
area... That's all I get.
#14: Okay. I want you now to scan forward in time again. I want you
to tell me about the 14th of December, Sunday'the 14th. Describe
any significant events or activities.
PAUSE
#01: I have him riding on this conveyance again, in this section of
complex. It may be like ...section of large city. I don't know.
Big buildings. A lot of walls. Fenced areas. Close to the
edge of a fence there, and he's like carrying books or something.
Boxes of some kind. Carrying something. And, he gets off and
he's with, like 6 or 7 other people, males, same age group.....
and he's walking down this walk, and going through a.... some kind
of a gateway or.fenceway or...like it's the edge of a park and
he's....he's walking down this parkway, I guess. It's like trees.
Stopping by this building, and he's not.. doing anything. He's just
going to this building and stopping. It's like he's scouting this
area, and I don't get the same feeling I got before. It's like
this whole complex area is tightly controlled and he's moving
through it scouting out this different buildings, for some reason.
Acting like a...worker, university student or something. He's
moving in this area... different, different target buildings each
day. He's going to different buildings. I, I can't get a feel
for why, other than...he's just scoping them out. He's, he's
using American, their,', conveyance to get in' or out: ~ of the :city.' or this
complex area. There are busses and there are truck and things
That's all I'm getting. I'm getting the same thing every-
day.

#14: Okay. I would like you now to scan today's 24 hour period;
15 of December 1980.
#01: Got the same thing. The only variation, he's, he's looking at,
+20 looking at specific addresses...... Like on the.peripheral
of these ...buildings in this complex...smaller buildings.
He's actually going in these places; they're like shops, restaurants
or whatnot. He's mentally recording notes on 'em.... remembering
things..... That's all I get.
#14: All right #01, I want you now to scan the 16th. It will be
Tuesday, tomorrow, the 16th of December. Again, looking for
any significant activites or events surrounding the individual
in the photo.
PAUSE
#01: Got him back at his hotel room. He's not doing anything. Just a
minute..........
#01: Saw him at the hotel room not doing anything. Packing his bags,
+25 it looks like. He's preparing to leave, I guess. I don't know.
I'm losing track of him now........... I just saw him back at
the hotel.
#14: Okay #01, one last time I'd like to move you forward again,
24 hours. I want you to scan that time period of 17 December 1980.
PAUSE
#01: I'm not getting except heater noises.
PAUSE.
#01: Got a..... just a minute....... some kind of a, like place where
he's sitting and talking to someone, sitting in a high back chair
or something, drinking coffee. He's talking to someone whose
like immediately on his left. That's all I got. I don't get
anything else. I'm losing my concentration and everything.
#14: Okay #01. I want you to bring yourself back to the present.
Stretch your arms, your legs, take a deep breath.
#01: Okay. I'm just going to sum up what I was saying before. I don't
have any clear enough impressions to draw, but my general gestalt
feeling about this is that this guy is definitely in a hostile
environment. Probably under an assumed identity, and he's going
to the same section or area of a city or industrial area, and he's

#01: scoping out different parts of it, for some reason. He's using their
public conveyance and he's mingling with the people of the area.
He speaks the language and everything. He's collecting infor-
mation from this sort of very tightly controlled area. That's
essentially it.

1. (S/NOFORN) Before this session started the remote viewer was shown
the attached photograph. He was told that his.mission would be to find this
individual.
2. (S/NOFORN) During the session, the viewer was asked to scan a time period
from 12 December through the 17th of December 1980. He was asked to describe
any significant activities or events surrounding this individual during this
time period. He was also asked to pay special attention to 1200 hours,
13 December 1980.
