REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-27
TIME
#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 0900 hours the
4th of December 1980.
PAUSE
Just relax now. Just relax now, and. concentrate. Relax,
relax. Focus your attention now solely and completely,
solely and completely on the building in the photograph I
have shown you. Relax and concentrate. Relax. Focus now
on the target area, the wall in the building. Move your
attention to the basement area, and face the wall. That's
good. Now, just relax...... Begin to scan the target wall
in the basement area, and describe your perceptions to me.
PAUSE
+04 //OB: I'm not sure if I'm in a washroom or not, but the first....
....first impression is, ah, one of a, two of, ah little black
dots that are al-m wall in the basement next to the side wall
coming down from the first floor ..................... cannot
yet..(deep sigh)..... There was two dots of continuity........
along the ah,...the beam.....and, ah, additional continuity,
to...and through the, ah, first floor of the adjoining building.
Especially close to the base of the front entrance of the next
building. Somehow, connected with...... black wires with, ah,
divided solid brass wire types..and electrical part.....
#66: Okay. Remember as we scan we are looking for those items of
interest to U.S. intelligence.
#08: Yeah.
#66: As you are perceiving the wall in the basement now, describe
your relative position of observation.
#08: I'm right at the corner of the wall...where the wall to the
building joins the wall to the street looking up at the ceiling.
a
#66: Okay. scan slowlyedownnttheswanow ll,aallgtheewayltoathe backdofn
as you
the building.

#08: I, ah, as ah, as I view.... ah, the fast projection to
the, ah,......the second to the last partition, I think, of
one black dot there. ..says, if I., ah..... sped real quickly
for the ah, rest of the wall, in response to your query.....
kind'a (mumble) that black dot there, the, the second to the
left, but there's no one to the back of the back wall of the
building.....(mumble) seems to be handling something up in the
second floor....then one wire to this wire.
#66: Okay. You can move now from the front to the area of the
building in the basement, move back along the wall (mumble).
#08: That's what I had, was the back portion
#66: Okay. You found yourself near the back portion. Okay.
#08: There'.s nothing in between.
#66: There's nothing in between. And, what is it now that you
found near this back portion?
+08 #08: That's that second dot. Which is, if you were to follow
the partitions in the basement it would be, this, I think
the second from the rear.
#66: All right. You can draw it-you can draw it for me a little
bit later. Tell me a little bit about this dot. You
perceive a dot.......
#08: Yeah. It's, it's, it's for use....'gainst the second floor
phew, the front two are for the first and third floor.
#66: Okay. Have some sort of connection.... front two dots have
some sort of connection with first and third floors?
#08: Yeah.
#66: And the dot towards the rear has some sort of a connection
to the second floor.
#08: Yeah.
#66: Okay. Now face the wall in question...
#08: Yeah.
#66: .....face the target wall. Move now your perception back
to the front area of the building, front area of the basement,
face the wall .... face the wall in the front area of the
building.....

#08: Where the first two dots are.
the
#66: Fine. Face the wall now, and move through the wall to Turn
other side. Move through the wall to the other side.
around now, and face the wall again, and scan the wall from
the front to the rear on this side.
PAUSE
#08: They don't come through the wall. They go up. They're mainly
in ................
#66: Okay. The black dots are........
#08: They're mainly impeded, but they go up. They don't come
through the wall.
#66: All right. The black dots that you perceived on the other
side do not come through to this side?
#08: No.
#66: Let's scan now, and see and describe anything on this side
of the wall. Scan, and see anything on this side of the wall.
Working from the front to the rear. Do so now.
#08: Ah, I think there's some kind of meter, and piped next to
the floor in front.
#66: Okay. Work your way back. Work your way back, scanning,
looking for items of interest to U.S. intelligence. Scan your
way back now.
#08: It's, ah, it's not as well finished as the other side
of that brick. It's as if some portion of that floor is dirt.
PAUSE
#66: Move now, and back down the wall towards the back of the
building.
#08: Yeah, I've been up front, I think.
+20 #66: Focus only on the wall, only on the target wall.
PAUSE

#08: Ah, you won't find anything there.
#66: What is it you're experiencing that makes you say this?
#08: Just a sharp well emptiness of damp dark musty room...ah,
the wall is roughly finished, but protruding rocks.
#66: Okay. And, inside the wall seen with X-ray vision, inside
the wall as you scan the wall......all the way from the
front, all the way to the rear.
#08: It's just a couple places but they're benign. What you want
is on the other side of me.
#66: Aha, okay.
#08: Not from this side. There's nothing there.
PAUSE
#66: Now, placing your hands on the walls so that you can maintain
continuity, placing your hands on the target walls so that
you can maintain continuity, scan now the area of the wall below
your feet. Scan now the area of the wall below your feet
looking for those things of interest to U.S. intelligence in
the portion of the wall below the level of your feet. Scan
the entire wall.
PAUSE
+27 #08: Ah, there's a tube about fifteen feet from the rear wall
:irribe.Ied within the cement which is (mumble) of concrete, and
I don't know where the damn thing goes. That's significant.
Then, I get....all that's persistent in that you're another
to 15, about 15 feet from the front of the wall.
PAUSE
#08: And, ah........... there's something I can't explain, but
+29 there are two different type of cement.
PAUSE
#08: The top layer of which is a superficial ..... cover.
#66: Where in the walls.........
#08: Forget it. I gave it up........ about one inch.
#66: Where in the wall is this.

#08: It's not on the wall. It's in ah, it's at the base of the
wall......
#66: Yes.
#08: ....through the floor. Cememt has been kind'a redone an
inch thick to give it the affects of evenness throughout
the place.
#66: Is this, ah, redone cement concealing anything?
#08: Yeah. 'Cause if that were it would be, it would tell that
.....that would easily be detected, detectable so that
to the naked eye, to your normal vision.......
#66: What is it you would be able to see?
+32 #08: That some work had been done to imbed this tube in there.
#66: Is this towards the.....
#08: They----
#66: Is this towards the front or the rear?
#08: The tube is appear about 15 feet, 12, 15 feet from the rear.
#66: Okay.
#08: And, there's another one from the front to about 15 feet
(mumble) but, unless that's the reflection of this.....
#66: What were you saying about "they-s-ah....
#08: Say again.
#66: You started to say something and I interrupted you. You
were going to say "they......".
#08: The old floor has been tampered with and the tubes layed in,
and the new cement right over the tubes, but the tubes are
kind'a dug into the cement. Okay. (deep sigh) That's
about all I can do on this.
#66: Okay. I have no further questions about the target area.
If there's anything you'd like to add, please do so now.
#08: No, no. That's it; that's enough.
#66: Okay. Let's draw now the perceptions that you have now.

#08: Okay. When I'm first starting this being drawing number 1,
I was in this section here where this portion of the wall
leads to the street, okay. And, this is the, ah, which would
be the front portion of the wall to the rear of the wall, okay.
And these were the two dots that I saw which were right in the
corner. Almost like they were right on top of the wall imbeded
in here someplace, and they went out that way. I forget what
I said there. And, came back here on this dotted like to a
front door and entrance, okay. Which is next to this building
here.
#66: Okay. Now, which is our side and which is there side?
408: Well, this would be the, the Embassy building here, so this is
on this side of the Embassy building. You getting the picture
#66. Again, I cut this out and started over here on the bottom
looking that way.
#66: Okay.
#08: Okay. So, this is the wall.
#66: This, this is the target wall. Is this..
#08: Yeah. That's the target wall. That's the front. This is over
.here right next to the side wall.
#66: Oh! Okay. So, if I understand it then, in my foreground, as
I look at this picture, I'm looking at........
#08: Yeah......the basement wall.
#66: ......the basement wall, but from this building.
#08: Yes.
#66: From the adjacent building.
#08: Yeah, yeah.
#66: Okay. So, as I look at your picture one, on the other side
of the wall........
#08: .....is the Embassy.
#66: ......is the Embassy building.
#08: Right. I hope that's what you wanted me to do.
#66: Okay. That's fine, as long as I can understand.
#08: Oh, okay.

#66: Okay. Why don't you write above here, Embassy side of wall,
and then down here write other side of wall. (pause) I
understand now. Okay. So, these, you perceived wires going
to the entranceway of the adjacent building.
#08: Yes! Yes! And, this is partitioned into various sections
here on other side of wall as opposed to the Embassy side of
wall, okay.
#66: Okay.
#08: And, then another one here, but that's a single, single one
here.
#66: Okay.
#08: That seemed to be of interest.
#66: All right. Fine. So there are partitions that you haven't
drawn that, that come opposite this wall, okay.......
#08: Yeah, over here ......and I wasn't too sure if it was the first
beam or the second beam. But, I think it's the second beam.
#66: Okay. And, towards the rear of the building there's, you find
another wire....
#08: Yes.
#66: .....kind of near the top of the wall.
#08: Yes.
#66: Okay.
#08: Okay. So much for that portion of the wall.
#66: Okay. And, then I asked.....
#08: And, you asked me to go through the wall.
#66: Okay.
#08: Okay. And,.....
#66: So you started on this side of the wall.....?
#08: Yes.

MO 01-4
#66: And then.....
#08: Which storey I started the last time, maybe that's why I went
that way .......
#66: Okay ....
#08: ....or maybe..... that's what I did, anyway.
#66: ...and then you....and then you went through the wall
#08: Yes.
#66: So, in drawing number 2 here will be from the Embassy side?
#08: Yeah. Let me draw a wall.
#66: Okay.
#08: And, this will be drawing number 2 looking at the wall from
the Embassy side and going through the cement, ah,.....
#66: This is when I asked you now to focus below the level of your
feet.
#08: Yeah. On my right will be the street side, and on the left
is the rear of the wall...........
#66: Left ...... okay.
#08: ....which comes this way here, someplace. Now, there's
a lot of......looking through the floor, okay, about.....
what I found was about 12 to 15 feet from the rear of the wall
was a tube of interest.
#66: Okay.
#08: Okay .....and similarily either an intent of putting one in or
a actual one from the front of the building. That is the
street side of front of the building in the floor.....
#66: Okay. Now, tell me about this cross-section .....
#08: I'll, I'll put that in a circle of sorts. This is a cross-
section of the, the floor made of cement. There's old cement
which is about 4 inches thick, and new cement on top of it.hot
more than an inch an inch and a half thick, and, what, the
impression that I had was that the, the tube was in the old
cement which had, somehow, been dug up, tube inserted, and
then the entire area covered with one inch of new cement
to conceal two or the two tubes, depending if there is indeed
one additional tube in the, from the front of the building.

#66: Okay. And, do you have any idea where these tubes go?
#06: No. I didn't follow 'em. I, like I say, I want to be
very, very careful because I really didn't expect to find
anything, and when it was persistent then I had to say it,
umm...and I just wanted to know how it was done, and where
it was as to opposed to where it was going.
#66: Okay. Any other comments you want to make?
#08: No.
#66: Okay. Fine.

TARGET CUING INFORMATION
REMOTE VIEWING (RU) SESSION DC-27
1. (S/NOFORN) Prio r to the session the remote viewer was shown the
attached pictures. The right hand wall was indicated to the viewer, and he
was told that it would be his task to scan this target wall looking for
anything of interest to USI. He was told that in the future he would be
looking at different portions of the wall, but for today he was to limit his
scan to the basement area.
2. (S/NOFORN) During the session the viewer was directed to look at the
target wall from several different perspectives. The viewer was encouraged
to elaborate on his perceptions which seemed at the time to be relevant.
3. (S/NOFORN) This remote viewer has worked this target before, and as a
result is not completely "blind" to the situation at hand.
