REMOTE VIEWING SESSION 802
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S),
and ated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session.. At TAB A is target cuing information provided
the remote viewer.

#6.5: This will be a remote viewing session for 4 August 1981,
with a start time of 0900 hours.
This will be a pre-session brief. #01, this is a project
you've worked against before. Uh, in the meeting with the
customer a couple weeks ago they said that some of the data
that you had given was very good, and they wanted us to
focus our attention on a couple aspects of the problem
today. Okay?
First of all, let me show you this picture. The arrows out-
lining the buildings that's very familiar to you, I'm sure.
And that's the U.S. Embassy. In particular then, I want to
show you this individual here, with his name down there. Okay?
#01: Okay.

#6.5: And we'll refer to him during the session as -we'll
just use his first name if that's comfortable with you.
#01: Mm-hmm.
#6.5: So what we're gonna do then is focus on a time during the
working, normal working day at that particular building loca-
SG1A tion that would be at work.
#01: Okay.

#6.5: And we'll focus on within the building. Okay?
#01: Fine.
#6.5: Somebody growling or I got a feedback. You hear that feedback?....
Okay. Any questions?
#01: No.
#6.5: Okay. You have exactly 30 minutes then to relax. Okay?

0900 46.5: Okay #01, it's time to start. I want you to relax, narrow
your focus, and concentrate your awareness on the building
that I have shown you. And more particular, focus your

#6.5: Focus your attention on -
within the building........
and describe his activities
+02 #01: Get a....got him going and coming in a room. He's, uh,
wearing a suit and tie. He's got a...feeling he functions
as sort of a coordinator of some kind.. Coordinates
things...
#6.5: Tell me what you perceive that makes you say this.
#01: I get all different kinds of activities like..repetitive
translations-he repetitively translates things. I have
him, uh...organizing some form of travel... Uh, he's
greeting people...greets people and talks to people...
Just a general Friday type job..mostly translation and coor-
dination-coordinating things.... Some, uh, trouble...
defining it other than that..
#6.5: Okay. I want you- as only you can do, #01- to move your
SG1A awareness with- and follow him on his job for three
days. Follow him on his job for three days, and then tell
me, in summary form, what he is concerned with. Now, even
though you're gonna follow him three days it'll only take you
a little while to do this, and the data will flow slowly by
you. It will not be all mixed up, it will be nice and slow.
Follow him for three days and then report to me. I will wait.
#01: Keeps going in and out of the building. Doesn't appear to be
there for long than..couple hours..given day. He goes...
goes to different places... Does, uh, different things for
people in the building. Keep getting this coordination feel-
ing. He's-he organizes things for people in the building...
Comes and he goes in the building, at least on the one floor...
+10 Getting like a...he's only there for two or three hours in
a given day. He's...I see him carrying boxes, small cartons
or boxes and small items in and out. And these are like
dispersed in the building.. Does favors for people.
Getting split pictures. I'm getting pictures of like...almost
looks like some kind of coffee shop type thing-type room.
I keep wanting to put it outside of the building. See, uh,
I see him translating for people....
#6.5: Do you see that part of his function is to act as a translator?
#01: I don't get that feeling. But he's just a translator. I
don't get that feeling. I think he translates for people as
a favor. I keep getting him with..I don't know if it's a
towel or a paper in his hand, and with cartons of things,
small cartons.

#6.5: Open one of those cartons #01, and tell me what's there...
#01: Paper..crammed with paper.
#6.5: Are all the boxes the same size?
#01: No, it's all various boxes, different sizes.

#01: Seems to be a whole collection of things ranging from, uh,
paper type objects to food... This one looks like wax or
soap.. Keep getting this, uh..coffee shop impression.

#6.5: Okay.
#01: Have him wearing this suit but, uh...sometimes he's wearing
something else, white...
#6.5: Describe what you mean a little bit more, #01...
#01: It's like a coat he puts over his suit...light color coat..
Not very heavy, just a light color coat.
#6.5: Okay #01, at this time I want you to relax, and I want you
to move your awareness forward in time till 1000 hours,
25 September 1981. Move your awareness to 1000 hours,
25 September 1981. Local time at that embassy that you've
been looking at. And tell me if _ is still in that
building.......
#01: Get a impression that...there's gotta be a..he's not in the
building. He's been, uh...he's staying away from the building.
#6.5: Describe-
#01: There-
#6.5: I'm sorry, go ahead.
#01: Some kind of a...some kind of an incident, uh..causes him
to not come to work or not go into the building any more.
Think that, uh...he's going to, uh, sense that he's being..
observed or watched. And, uh, that would be a..be an incident
not concerning the Americans that will keep him from the
building.
#6.5: Tell me what makes you say that.
#01: See him arguing with a...see him arguing with someone other
than English language. He's informing this person that he's
being watched or monitored. And; this other person is making
statements that are angering him. And there's an argument.

#01: He's directed away from the building.. Think he'll call
+18 in sick or something of this nature. Try to cover his
reason for not coming... It seems to be a problem of...
access or....almost getting a feeling like, I don't know..
he doesn't, uh, doesn't enjoy his full range of movement
anymore by that date...
#6.5: Describe the individual that he's arguing with.
#01: 5'6", heavyset, thick black hair, very heavy sideburns,
graying just a little bit at the temple, heavy brows, dark,
thick-rimmed glasses. Uh, no moustache, he used to have a
moustache, no moustache. Fifty-one, fifty-two years old.
Almost a chain smoker, it appears... Some kind of.a cigar-
ette holder or something 'cause the cigarettes are hollow,
half hollow... Clearly outside the building that it's...
that he's arguing with.
#6.5: Where is this meeting taking place?
#01: Small apartment. I think it's his home.
SG1A #6.5: home?
#01: Yes. Looks like a high-rise apartment-efficiency with a
single room and shared bath, hallway bath.
#6.5: Are you saying that his apartment only consists of a single
room?
#01: Uh, two rooms. Front room and back room. Front room's a
living room, dining room, kitchen. Back room is a bedroom.
Bath apparently is in the hall, shared by more than one
apartment,.: Seems to be a high-rise, it's up very high off
the ground... Get a feeling like he doesn't wanna stay away
from the building but he will be forced to stay away from
the building.
#6.5: Why will he be forced to stay away?
#01: Think his mistake is he reports that he's being watched or
guarded against. And, uh, this man he's arguing with says
that he must stay away for this period of time. He doesn't
want-doesn't wanna stay away. Feelin' like he's..I ddn't
get a..I don't get a cooperative feeling like I get when
he's in the building. Seems to cooperate more with people
in the building than people outside. Like he's, uh, doing
things for people outside that he doesn't wanna do.
#6.5: Who is watching him?....
#01: Three of our own people are watching him, from in the
building.

Uh...keeping a closer eye on him. His goings aid his comings.

I don't know. Just employees in the building...
#6.5: Search one of these three people out #01, search one of these
three people out and ask that individual why they are watch-

#01: Just get a feeling of mistrust... I get a feeling of a
mirrored reaction. It's like they're, uh, mistrustful of him
and he's mistrustful of them. Kind of a two-way street type
of effect.
#6.5: Is there any justification for this mistrust?
#01: I don't know, it just seems, all seems to be personality...
#6.5: Okay. I want you to relax now #01, and refocus. Move your-
self forward, back to where you were, current time at the
embassy. Move back to current time at the embassy. At this
time I have no further questions. Is there anything you'd
like to add?
#01: No, that's all I got.
#6.5: Okay. Thank you. I want you to relax now. Stretch yourself,
move your arms.
I don't think we need any dr wings. Okay? But maybe a couple
of points that you might went to explain now, if, you can.
If you can't don't worry about it. Uh, I think one of the
statements you made was that he was a general Friday type
#01: I get that impression-.: Like he has a job to do certain things,
but then he does a whole lot of other things. You know, as
favors for people or... I get like, I get one scene he's
standing in like a coffee shop type place next to a table.
I get another scene he's carryin' boxes, all different sizes.
I get another scene he's carryin' a box full of paper. I get
another scene he's translating for someone. I get, you know,
it's just these recurring scenes, like he's doing ole''fh n

#01: different in every single scene.
#6.5: You couldn't pin him down doing one thing?
#01: No. So I get like this general Friday type atmosphere.
#6.5: Okay. Uh, then we move forward to the 25th of September
at 1000 hours. And first of all you locate him in the embassy.
You felt that he was in his apartment.
#01: Right.
#6.5: And that he was involved in some kind of discussion with some
other gentleman who was about 50-51 years old, somethin' like
that. Now, who did you feel that this gentleman represented?
This 51 year old gentleman. Could you tell?
#01: I didn't get him as being an American because he's speaking
a foreign language. And, uh, he definitely does not work
in the embassy building.
#6.5: Okay. And then finally at the end there you thought that, uh,
in response to my question of who was observing him you very
quickly came back with three U.S. people watching him.
#01: Yeah, I get the feeling like there's for sure two, probably
three. And it's like a two-way mistrust for some reason.
#6.5: Are they following him outside of the embassy or just on the
job?
#01: No, I get these people only in the building watching him.
#6.5: And so he was telling this 51 year old unknown guy-
#01: Possi- wait a minute. Possibly the third man's following
him outside the embassy. 'Cause that's kind of a- I get a
definite two in the building, but I get a feeling of a third
one I think inside-outside.
SG1A #6.5: Okay. And he was--then, the way you saw it was telling
this other guy his feelings about him being watched, and that
caused the argument?
#01: Uh, I get a..it's like this other guy that he's arguing with
is telling him that..formating for him something that he
SG1A has to do. And saying no, that he can't do it right
then because he s go a reeling of being watched or some sus-
picions of some-kind. And so then he's forbidden by the older
guy from going back into the building for this particular per-
iod of time.
#6.5: How long a period of time? Did you have a feeling for that?

#01: No, uh, it's a short period though. It's like days.
It's in days. And I got the feelin' like he's gonna try to
cover it by, you know, like calling in sick or something
like that.

1. (S/NOFORN) Just prior to the start of the session the remote viewer
S G1A was shown the attached photographs of a U.S. Embassy and one individual
Identified as
2. (S/NOFORN) During the session, the viewer was asked to focus on the
S G1Abuilding and a time when would be working there. The viewer was
SG1A then asked to describe job within the embassy.
3. (S/NOFORN) This viewer had worked this project before but had not been
targeted against any one individual. See DCC-79.
