REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-77
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a.remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information on a target of interest to
INSCOM ITAC CRD.
2. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (5) , undated.
3. (S/NOFORN) At TAB A is a summary of the data presented by the remote.
viewer during the session. A complete transcript of the-session is available
upon request. At TAB B are drawings made by the remote viewer reference
his. impressions of the target site. At TAB C is target cuing information
provided the remote viewer. At TAB D are control analyst comments.
4. (S/NOFORN) The summary at TAB A represents the salient points provided
by-the remote viewer and as such has not been subjected.to any intermediate
analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the information
provided is the responsibility of the requestor.

1. (S/NOFORN).. Source #07 provided the followin information regarding
activity observed. at geographic coordinates_ SG1A
SG1A
. . a. (S/NOFORN) Source described the overall location of the target
area as being in proximity to a large industrial city (sketch #1).
b. (S/NOFORN). The actual target area consisted, in part, of a fenced
area, tower, large building, vehicle park, and several other. buildings
(sketch #2). Several trucks were observed in the vicinity, as were several
high pressure type tanks.
2. (S/NOFORN) On 9 February 1981 at-1200 hours,.the area appeared to be
essentially the same as earlier. No activity of. any significance was
observed. Some unidentified long linear white object was observed within
the fence. Some form of excavation in the earth was observed which
resembled a clean sided earthen "poc-mark."

TARGET CUING INFORMATION

1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session the remote viewer was told that
he would be provided with a geographic coordinate at the start of the session.
He was also told that he would be working in both a present and future time
window.
2. (S/NOFORN) At the beginning of the session the remote viewer was
asked to focus his attention on the present time: and describe the target
designated by the coordinate:

1. (S/NOFORN). Interviewer #66 was provided the following data on a sheet
of paper for targeting of Source #07.
a. Target is at the following geographic coordinates:

b. EEI:
(1) General description of area.
(2) Observe and report activity.
(3) Move to 1200 hours, 9 February 1981 (time at target).
2. (S/NOFORN) The target coordinates were read to Source #07 at start
of the session for targeting purposes.
3. (S/NOFORN) In-session guidance: During the session the Control
Analyst provided the following guidance to the interviewer at the approximate
times indicated:
