(S/NOFORN) EEI:' (1) Acquire general target description. (2) Determine/describe activity level changes in target area. 2. (S/NOFORN) The interviewer provided the viewer only the geo- graphic coordinates and start time coordinate at the beginning of the session. The remainder of the above data was for the pur- pose of in-session guidance of the viewer by the interviewer. 3. (S/NOFORN) Session DC-02 was cancelled based on the remote viewer's desires expressed after session start. The remote viewer stated having heavy overlay from a preceeding session which had been interviewed by (#11). Although #11 was, during this session, being targeted against a different geographic coordinate, the similarity in targeting method, and (#11)'s knowledge of the ID of the Control Analyst caused (#11) severe analytical problems after receipt of the geographic coordinates from the interviewer. Based on #11's expressed desire, the session was terminated after 10 minutes duration. 4. (S/NOFORN) In-session targeting: At +10 minutes after ses- sion start, the Control Analyst communicated the following to the interviewer. "Okay, we can stop the session."
