1. (S/NOFORN) The following information was provided during Session CD, as
9811k ertains to target subject
a. (S/NOFORN) Source stated subject was in a car at Subject SG1A
was startled by something and was looking over his right shoulder through the
window of the automobile at a woman in her late 20's or early 30's. Just prior
to being startled, subject was manipulating what appeared to be a CB (Citizens

b. (S/NOFORN) When questioned about what he was writing, source stated
he wanted to say on a clipboard, but that he felt he had already been told
that at a previous time (prior to this session). He then stated there was
a blue book. (NOTE: Source was indirectly advised of the clipboard in a pre-
vious session when he was asked if subject had a clipboard in his possession.)
c. (S/NOFORN) When asked to pursue the blue book for more information,
source stated that it was about 8z"XlO" in size, and appeared to be some kind
of a reference book of some kind. He stated that he saw the numbers 49 and 3
associated with the book.
2. (S/NOFORN) No drawings were provided by source. He stated during his de-
briefing that he had a difficult time clearly defining the information from
this session and a previous session, which he had participated in. Source
appeared to have a great deal of difficulty in reporting information as a
result of this confusion.
