Thus neither one of the Viewers was close
to a description ot the activity taking place at this installation. Both
Viewers indicated that it was a primitive area with a minimnun of buildup
of buildings and facilities and was in fact quite desolate. This is
obviously not an accurate description of the activity taking place at
this high-priority target. Viewer #11 did not locate the target geo-
graphically, and his description of it as being both mountainous and
arid is a totally inaccurate description of the geographic area in
question. In addition, his description of a boring operation is also
totally incorrect.
Viewer #10.5, while totally inaccurate in the description of the activity
taking place at the target facility, did put it in a cold, mountainous
area and indicated that it was similar to Siberia or Antarctica.. In fact
the target is located in However, there is nothing else in the
Viewer's description of the target or the activity taking place that is
an accurate reflection of the target installation.
