VIEWERS: #11 and SG1 B
UTM Grid Reference is the location of a major
't'hus neither one of the Viewers was close
to a description of the activity taking place at this installation. Both
Viewers indicated that it was a primitive area with a minimum of buildup
of buildings and facilities and was in fact quite desolate. This is
obviously not an accurate description of the activity taking place at
this high-priority target. Viewer #11 did not locate the target geo-
graphically, and his description of it as being both mountainous and
arid is a totally inaccurate description of" the geographic area in
question. In addition, his description of a boring operation is also
totally incorrect.
Viewer #10.5, while totally inaccurate in the description of the activity
taking place at the target facility, did put it in a cold, mountainous
d ' dicated that it was similar to Siberia or Antarctica. In fact
an i.n

l that is
Viewer's description of the target or the activity taking l) rt.e
an accurate reflection of the target installation.
