REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-30
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target of interest
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided as
raw intelligence data and as such have not been subjected to any intermediate
analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the information
provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing

#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 1100 hours,
5 September 1980.
Relax and concentrate now. Relax and concentrate. Focus
your attention once again on the tent in the target inter-
section I have shown you. Focus your attention on the
manhole cover-which you've described previously. Move to
this location and inform me when you have imagery.

#66: All ri ht fine... Move now from the tent north on
.and move into the target building which I
have indicated.........
#07: I seem to have to go up a...a few steps to get into the
building... when I turn left;td The building
seems...very thick walls.
#66: Before we go into the building explain for me in detail
your approach to the building, from the street to the
building.
#07: I went up street... looking in ras the manholes. About
halfway up I...saw what I thought was a listening thing...
some kind of a listening post, or something ...a big
microphone. I left that...went down a few more manhole
covers and saw the building to my left and it seemed...
large and thick walls. I felt I went up steps, rise of
about three or four feet. I think it just stopped...I
don't know. It's either just outside the building or just
inside the building end facing Keep getting,
keep getting... think it's a earth, earth...earth tone...
something facing this end of the building that ...in between
15-30 feet to my left is something interesting, I can't...
can't make it out. I sense...about 10-15 feet up in the
building is where I am standing...I'm drawn over there...
to my left.... I can't remember what it was, it was some-
thin'...

where you are now?

10 or 15 feet in front of the building. There seems to be
some kind of...light toned...light toned walkway thing
under me. I'm getting a...it concerns me, but I'm getting,
just before the building I'm getting a......walkway. It's
+10 seems to get broader or curve to my right and left. I feel
that just as I approach the end of the building I could...
I could go to my right or left without getting off of this
walkway, Seems it's got a curve to it...

#66: Okay. Let's try to do some change of focus here to see
what we can pull together. Listen very carefully now to

From the tent to the building you examined manhole covers,
one of which you felt a listening post. Describe for me
the distance relationship between the tent and the build-
ing. Describe location of this manhole listening post.

#07: WellI I gotta go back............ I tried to count manholes
+12 but I...I get mixed up... It seems.....it's about halfway,
but just...just short of halfway.
#66: Stand at this manhole cover and describe your surroundings.

#07: Right over there is a1L.facing away from the street I sense
that some.... someone's standing there...people gather there
for some, quite often, for some reason. I feel the listen-
ing is directed towards the people that gather on the side-
walk, on the left side of the street as I go from...from
the tent. I saw masonry post flickering. I couldn't see
it at the same time I saw where I was, but I think
it's right close to this position... close to the manhole...
30-40 feet...accross the sidewalk.
#66: What is it you saw?
#07: Huh?
#66: You told me where this thing is you saw. What is it that
you saw?
#07: A post.
#66: Okay.
#07: About...20-24 inches square, about 7 feet tall.
#66: Okay. Now, once again-
#07: It looks like...there's a part of a wall or somethin'
attached to the post on the right side of the post when

#07: I'm standing at the manhole cover...listeriing seems to be
of a.... somehow it's between the edge of the manhole cover
and the sidewalk side there, as opposed to the street side.
It's... appears to be directional, pointing in the direction
of a...away from the street...
#66: All right. Now tell me a little bit more about the micro-
phone itself.
#07: The...thing is black and seem to...let me explain. When
I saw it, I saw no...nothing to give me scale, no feeling
for size, but it seemed like a...black, modular thing
with...horn shape, pointed in that direction. I felt there
was...cables...cables underground somewhere I see lying
loose, not stretched out just, just, just, just...not
straight stretched, just...just, just lying there, just
like somebody dropped them. It runs to the...a lot of 'em
going on up the street, and looks like about three...back
that way towards the tent ...about three, about three
towards the tent. I don't know where they go, though.
#66: Follow the wires the other direction away from the tent...
and ask yourself, to what is this microphone attached?
#07: Funny thing... there's some brown wires that...turn to the
right. And they got a plug juction thing just lyin'
there. Either that or I'm coming up against... coming
up against some kind of wall to my right. But I see
loose in the white plugs...one, two....twb of them. This
is not...this is under the street...street is...it's under-
ground. And the two plugs are located about the center of
the street across from the building.
#66: Are the- to what are the plugs attached?
#07: They're not, they just unplugged there. But there's more
wires that...go to the left...that would be...they split
and they go both ways here. They go to the plug to the
right and there's four more wires that- underneath the
plug. But there seem to be more wires lazily covering,
curving... curving to the left. I still got funny feeling
about this area to my left here. I'm...I'm back up be-
tween the street and that building again.
I approach the buildi from but...facing the
building from I feel there ought to be a street
...goes by this ui ng to my right...
#66: As you proceed north on - you should be able to
look to your left and go down a street to the building.
#07: It's about 20 foot wide, I thought it was...I thought it
was like a big sidewalk...wide sidewalk.

#07: The one I'm on runs...seems to run straight to the end of
the building. Somethin' curves around to my right, but
I feel...I feel... importance to the...okay, if
goes north, then that would be the south side of
this building.
#66: Let's move in an ;explore.
#07: The facade of the south side... That's funny...I...I
blinked into the...into the building... that would be to
the...toward to the east. I felt a terrible,
big openness, like a...I expected to step irtto a foyer,
a small room, but I felt like the room was so big it would
echo. I could see through windows to my right. I can't
see the windows on my...I can't see any windows on my left.
It's...it's feeling, I guess... not so much an image, it's
a feeling of openness... like big room.
#66: Okay. Before we explore the building further I'd like you
to stand with your back to the outside wall, and look back
at Stand with our back to the wall of the
building and look back at
#07: Yeah.
#66: Now, describe for me everything that's between you and
between the building and
#07: They got some pretty good size trees on the right of the
paved way...to the left is some kind of decorative thing.
I can't tell if it's a fountain or a statue... roughly
roundish, hexagonal shaped thing. Beyond the trees to my
right it seems to get darker, and...there was low shrubs
or thick shrubs in there. It's funny, but I seen something
...like through something obstructing my view, it feels
like...feel like bleachers. That's weird as hell, but it
fells like a...bleachers that you sit on to watch somethin'.
Something bugging the hell out of me to my right here, but
I can't...can't figure it...way on down there I can see
.across the street I...feel there's a three or
four story...seems big building... buildings.
#66: Okay. As you stand here, if I wanted to drive up to this
building from is there anything that prevents
me from driving up and driving right up to where
you are at the building?
#07: There's two steel gates down there, but...I didn't pay
any attention to them. There's a gap of about...wait a
minute, I think it's a little further to the left, but I
see two steel gates slide, with...I think they slide,

#07: It's a...it's a...it seems to have a...some English, I saw a
thin it looked like a symbol for the word "and", like
"and Company" or something. But the thing has a...got a
very dark patina of...of a bronze corrosion, but the corro-
sion in no way weakens the lock.
#66: All right. Listen very carefully. Listen. Hold the lock
in your hand-
#07: I got it in the left hand.
#66: -and listen carefully. Look at the markings. Hold on
tight to the lock and move back through time to the point
of manufacture and read the writing to me.

#07: I got conflicting, conflicting---I got conflict here.
#66: Report?
#07: I've got a conflict here. Earlier I...I saw 9-symbol,
tiny symbol for the word "and"... I tried to hang on to
this damn thing and it's been used a lot of places, but I
was tryin' to hold it up to my eyes where I could see the
very faint...markings on it, but it was shiny new...it had
squiggles. I couldn't recognize any writing that I knew,
I saw some funny squiggles, and that conflicts with what
I...conflicts with what I saw at the gate. I think the
squiggles was on the...was on the lock. I was asking my-
self if they were on the lock, or at the place where the
lock was made, and I couldn't...I couldn't figure it out.
#66: All right. Move your attention now back to the gate in
present time.... Now as you are in present time at the
gate-
#07: Wait a minute... I got it.
#66: Is the gate locked at the present time?
#07: Yes, it's locked. But I saw it open a while ago...I saw
a foot size open, but right now at this instant...the lock
is in...there's two pieces of chain and the hasp......
It's locked. It's a fun-, it may not be important, but
I'm outside, and it seems to be locked to my left, the
main body of the gate seems to be in front of me.
#66: All right, fine. Now at this time I want you to relax

#66: and concentrate once again. I'm going to have to turn
the tape over. As I do I want you to relax-arid. concentrate
and move now, while I'm turning the tape over, to the
steps in front of the building where you went up the steps
before and wait there for me.
Now as you stand on the steps describe the doors to me.
Stand on the steps and describe the doors to the building.
#07: The doors seem to be...inlet, set back ...getting faint...
awareness of...decorative pattern with... around the Outside
portion with...seems yellowish, yellow color with band of
another color that tends towards the reddish... reddish
#66: Of what material is the door made?
#07: The door...I'm getting two things. I get...a wrought iron
gate feeling, with...a metal feeling anyway dammit. It's
a...a bronze feeling type, you can see through it...
think it's heavy, massive wood behind that. But I get a
definite feeling of a...fancy metal... must be seeing it
flicker in time, 'cause it's ...portion low and to my left
looks black, but from here to the right it looks like it
has bronzish colors. I feel behind that there's...heavy
tall wood.
#66: Okay, move through the door, and stand with your back to
the door and describe what is immediately to your front.
#07: I think I lost it... When you said that, I...it was like
I was already through the door and suddenly opened my eyes.
I saw...this is gotta be bull...
#66: Report.
#07: Well, it looked like...like I was looking down, like, like
I couldn't walk straight ahead at this level, like I was
up eight or, eight or maybe ten feet above down there. I
just got a flicker of- I thought at first the darn thing
was a big swimming pool, a indoor swimming pool or some-
thing, but the feeling of open spaciousness and.being
below me was very, very strong. It sure... sure is not
what I expected to see. A moment ago I had a feeling of
spaciousness, but it was like walking into a very large
room in the dark, and just having a feeling, awareness
what there was big space around you. I can see a little
light coming through a window to my right. When I looked
just now, I...it was very bright, and, and I could see
very well, but just so fast. I'm sorry,,but that's what
I saw.

#07: 'cause I see a gap of about a foot ...black. But they're
so close to the building, seems to...split just where it
gets to the building.
#66: Okay. You say these gates are steel?
#07: They're black, I assume they're steel.
#66: Move to the gates...and describe them to me from this
perspective.
#07: The stuff they're made of is...is square, not tubular
shape...I can see through it, through the gate, but I'm
not sure whether I'm supposed to be able to or not. It's
...seems kind of...there's a repetitous pattern across the
top.
#66: You said before there was some sort of a gap? Do you
perceive the gates open or closed at this time?
#07: I saw a gap of about a foot, I assume it's open. There's
some round things here somewhere. There's a...seems
important. Near this gate...one or two things that stand
up...if you took a big doorknob...and stand it up from the
ground...like something that... mushroom like thing...
stand up from the ground like a doorknob... brownish tan,
like you put your foot on it, for some reason, I...I don't
know...don't know why I said that.
#66: Focus your attention on the gates and describe for me the
method of securing the gates.
#07: There's... there's a...hole in the pavement, about two or
three inches in diameter. I think there's a...pin, a
pin goes in that. I see, I see a loose chain...I see a
chain...and a goddamn old fashioned, uh, bronze, uh, rail-
road, uh, lock. Haven't seen one of them in...haven't
seen one of them in a long time. Looks like a big...
looks like a real big, old-fashioned lock.
#66: What is the condition of the lock?
#07: It looks like...looks like I could pick it real easy, but
I never picked a lock in my life, I don't know. It just
seems, uh...
#66: Hold the lock in your hand and examine it for identi-
fication.
##07: It's about... about a inch thick... with three or four
inches across. I think...I think...looks like a...looks
like the hasp could, could hinge rather than pop out.
Looks like the hinge might just rock back, like a door

#66: Okay. Watch very carefully in front of you. When I count
to three it will be light, and you will be able to see
everything that's in the room in front of you. When I'
count three it will be light and you will be able to see
everything in the room in front of you. Now watch, watch
the room. One, two, three. Describe for me what is in
the room ..............
#07: I can't shake it... I might be screwed up on this thing,
but the image from before just kept with me. I felt I was
looking over a rail of some kind, and...gigantic big room.
It sloped down ...from my right and left, and I...the word,
word "hockey", soccer, hockey ...soccer...came in, into my
mind, but...I fought it, and I saw flashes of pool. I'm
sorry, I saw a flash of blue, I think I interpret as like
the indoor pool thing, not commercial. I thought I saw
dang bleachers again for people to sit on, or something
sloping up to the left and the right.

By the way, the building is longer...looking away from it
to the left or right. I'm looking from my door straight
down the long side of the building, right down the middle.
I can't, I can't...I can't shake this open..:.I tried to find
hallways, and offices, but I...just don't see 'em.
#66: All right, turn around now and go back out the door that
you came in, and describe what's outside to your right.
Go back out the door you came in and describe what's out-

The whole thing is ve stylized... simplified... I'm
looking towards and on my right there seems
to be...over there there seemed to be a hedge or something
that goes on towards and it seems to turn at
90 degrees and come towards P.- he north, and it turns
back towards - again, I mean to the west. It's
a...very, uh, dim, vanishing. thing. I think it's...I
think it's a big hedge.
#66: Okay. We've been at this quite a while now, so I'd like
to ask if you have any closing remarks before we draw.

#07: I tried to move around the building to the...to the right
and see, that side and the other end to see if I recognize
it, but I don't recognize the building. I guess that's
about it, except I feel awful sore.. .tired.
#66: Okay. Let's draw the perceptions you've had now.
Okay, at this time what I would like you to do is draw me
a picture of the gate that you perceived to be associated
with this building...
#07: I felt some ornateness to it somewhere, but I couldn't
make up my mind...kind of loop like things............
I felt that the thing had a massiveness to it, and there
were smaller square bars, if you will......... There was
some kind of scalloped... curve along the bottom. I don't
know what it was. And there was a repetitious thing that,
along the top somewhere, I don't know if it was...points
or little round objects or what. It was just very boring
and repetitious... but the feeling of the whole thing was
very, very massive, and there was a big, uh, big chain
with a lock, like a great big old railroad lock. And,
dammit, I don't know what the other end was around, but
it was around somethin'. I was lookin' at the gate, there
must be a big pillar there, or something. I'll just dot
that in 'cause I don't know what it looked like. And the
chain was draped around more than once...kind of crude like.
I guess you want this it ink,, huh?

#07: I felt these, uh, bar like things were square rather than
round.

#07: HnctThere was a scallop feeling across there, rather than put
all those bars in, which...

#07: It was right along here I thought I saw the "and", but
then I saw, you know, kind-of crazy squiggles..... This

#66: Square as opposed to round?.V...Okay... And now the...
the doors to the building...you seemed to be having trouble
describing them, maybe you could talk about it again as you
draw.
#07: Well the door-.-was set back in, I felt. And facade of it
had...the outside it had a pattern to it, it was meant to
be decorative rather than just a straight line. I don't-
I couldn't make out what the pattern was, it was just
boring and repetitious, and there was a band of color...
#66: On the outside?
#07: On the outside of that, and then, then some more decorative
banding just outside that. I felt that it was squarish
rather than...arched. And, uh, I thought I was getting...
okay, let's get the big doors, big doors, tall doors back
there. And they had some kind of, you know, massive tim-
ber like hooked to them.
#66: You thought they were wood then?
#07: I thought these were, but I thought they were something
in front here like maybe a gate... shaped like wrought
iron that was...in front of this darn thing.

a metal like wrought iron gate in front of the wood. Is
that what you had?
#07: I had, I had mixed bronze and...iron feeling.

Uh... It was decorative and I can't- and it was, there's

Oh, this was, uh...

This colored stripe was a reddish.

No, except, uh...that, uh, listening device. Whatever it
was I felt had...and maybe it's.just overlay that gives
me direction, but I thought it was directional. And the

it was roughly a box modular shape with something like this
on the darn thing.

You felt that it was a microphone rather than a speaker?

Yeah, I knew immediately it looked like a speaker, but I'
felt that it was pickup.

Ow, I want you to write pickup microphone there........

#07: The wires on the ground I was havin' trouble with. You
know, just snaking along, lots of 'em, you know. In some
cases there was bundles of 'em real close together snaking
around.
#07: Just helter skelter, it bothered me, because I thought
they should be bundled up and strung on a wall or some-
thing.
#66: So you see these- these are the wires underground that you
see laying helter skelter on the ground?
#07: Yeah.
#66: Okay.
#07: That was about it.

1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session the remote viewer was shown the attached
sketch map and told that during the session he would be asked to refocus on
a tent and manhole cover which he had described in a previous session. He
was also told that he would be asked to move his perception during the session
from the tent area to the building indicated ketch map.
2. (S/NOFORN) This viewer has been tasked previously against
building and the tent area.
