REMOTE VIEWING (RU) SESSION D-12
1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data and as such have not been subjected to any inter-
mediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the
information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document,
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session.
5. (S/NOFORN) Session D-13 was conducted against this target, with a differ-
ent remote viewer, at the same time.

#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 28 August 1980.
Mission time is 1030 hours.
All right, #07, the time is now 1030 hours. At the beginning
of the session you were shown a photograph of a building,
which we pointed out to you in the photograph. I want you
now, at this time, to go to this building. I want you to
enter this building at the ground level from the south
side. Relax, focus your attention. Go to the building,
describe what you see.

+03 #07: Got some kind of crazy overlay...see outside... inside....
some kind of open...partition...separator fence like thing
to my right... somewhere... 10-15 feet inside to my right...
seems to be shapes that...remind me of the top of about
three or four pineapples ...a feeling of...I'm alone...
looks like earth colored tiles of some kind...reddish colored
tile... floor....
I see the hedge on my left...get conflicting information...
I...I see...stairway...open...
#14: I want you to go up the stairway, and tell me what's at the
top of the stairway.
#07: They go up about 10 feet, I guess... landing turns to my
right...that distance, it may be a little long..........
wall on my left, railing on my right... turning ..... I can't
figure it out but...some way this hallway... second level...
I can still see down ...ground level from here...it must be
partially open to...guess it's lobby or somethin' below...
I turn to my right ...would be turn west.-I'm aware of...
+10 something to do with legal ...legal...like lawyers, but...
legal background... something... to do with.........???
agreements, interpretation of agreements, very abstract,
confusing.......
Feel sensitive, very sensitive... for some reason I feel
drawn to...really, top floor, southeast corner, I keep, keep
seeing that from the outside, from an angle that would...
have me positioned... about 50 feet off the ground, off the
southeast corner.

#07: Second or third floor...toward the east...I saw... big... big...
big paper...white blueprints... looks like architectural cut-
aways, but it's not...don't think it's architectural ...it's
like drawings of...inside of...complicated manufacturing
facility... drawings...I think I...haven't bumped into anyone,
I don't ...I haven't seen anyone.......
I haven't seen one of those in a while ...sneekin' down the
hall here, and I saw...old fashioned bottle of water, dis-
penser...
#14: Where is this old fashioned dispenser located?
#07: Let's see, that's...come up the stairs, and go left, it would
be against the north wall of the hallway to the east of center,
third floor, I think...
#14: When you come to the top of the stairs, and turn left, what's
the first thing that you see?
#07: All the way to the top...you want me to go to the top of the
first landing or all the way to the top?.....Okay, I'll go
all the way to the top...all the way to the top floor, turn
+20 left. I can't go any further-there's a someone over there
behind a desk...something I can't go beyond without permission.
It's kind of wide space here. Beyond that there's a hall that
is considerably smaller. I saw...feeling of blue, somewhere
there's yellow, bright...
#14: Go down that hallway. Describe what you see as you move.
#07: On my right...I think it's a door, something. protruding above
the door about three inches...glass...I can't make it out,
but...whether it opens or not. Way down I see, on the right,
three, three more doors... between this door and the others
there's quite a expanse of blank wall...
Left side...I'm aware of a very long room running east and
+25 west...........something confusing about the big long room
on my left....it's got a good size table like a conference
room, but...I don't think that's what it's used for....
I think there's some people down this hall, a little further
to the left....
#14: What are these people doing? What type of activity are they
performing?
#07: I don't know, I haven't found 'em yet...I was tryin' to
remember how I knew they were there, whether I heard them,
or...somebody said something.... I'm getting an awful lot
of image that...I interpret as overlay and I'm not mentioning,
but...looking for these people I keep seeing the bottom of
someone's bare foot...I wouldn't mention it except it's...
reoccurring ..............two people, at least above the

#07: waist, seem to be dressed in white... another person standing
to my left...two people seated...it's very conflicting...
think I'm...think...I'm looking at something on a table...
can't make it out but...leisure, leisurely, slow movements...
I keep getting the feeling they're eating something...I
expected to see...see an office, but this doesn't feel like
an office .....
#14: Are the lights on in this room?
#07: I can see them...I was looking for some lights...I don't see
any lights, but I can see them ...that's funny, I don't even
see a damn light...oh, there's one...yeah, I found one,
it's not on.....
#14: Okay, I want you now to move back to the desk where you
entered. I want you now to go to this restricted area
and describe what you see.
#07: This whole hallway is behind that gate. I've already been
part of that space...the top of the stairs is a...has desks...
the hallway contains a few to the right, south of that desk,
but I can't reach the hallway and the space to my right without
going past this restriction here, I think it's a little gate.
After I get through the gate there's a space on my immediate
right...for some reason I can't seem to lock on to.......
I don't know... insides around me aren't right...looks like...
giant scrapbook with all kinds. of different documents taped to
the big pages...some of the stuff looks like clippings, but
there's some actually type written pages, photographs, jotted
data, routed time ...some of these things help in correlating
dissimilar... dissimilar data......
Room beyond this...I see two or three chairs...the room has
a black feeling, dark, ominous. It has a feeling of, you've
come to this room you're really on the carpet.... feeling of
great tension, anxiety...I understand why...the room feels
threatening...
#14: At this time I want you to go to the ground floor..........
#07: Okay.
#14: I want you to walk around and describe the activity.
#07: I'll go back and come in the door so you know who I am.
I didn't look to the left before, but...it feels like...
kind of like a public information... it could be...newsstand
like thing...looks like few candy bars, that kind of flavor.
Memos, election things, looks like magazines, too.
#14: What is the level of activity at this time?

#07: I see about ...eight or ten people as I look around in all
directions down the hall...the hall is pretty dark. way
down the hall to the west I see light coming out of three
doors ...one of them is a...one of them, for some reason, is
not important... janitorial... feels like.. .feels like late
evening, I don't know......
People don't seem overly concerned... not like they're in
work mode ...must be.. .feels like...after almost everyone's
gone home, or everyone hasn't come in yet, sort of feeling...
Very hazy and vague today.
#14: We're about to run out of tape on this side. So at this time
I have no further questions.

#07: There's a...low frequency ...repetitious sound that's driving
me up a wall.......

1. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer was shown the attached photograph and was
asked to go to the annotated building. He was asked to enter this building
at the ground level from the south side. He was asked to describe the contents
of this building and any activity that might be taking place.
2. (S/NOFORN) This remote viewer has worked on this target previously.
