REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CD-93
1. (S/NOFOR.N) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
SG1A
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data and as such have not been subjected to any inter-
mediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the
information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the docu-
ment, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the
remote veiwing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer refer-
ence his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing information
provided the remote viewer.
The mission was to describe the function of the building and deter-
mine the building security posture from 2400 to 0600 hours.

#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 0900 hours,
23 July 1980.
#66: Relax and concentrate, now, Relax and concentrate. Relax
and focus your attention on the building in the photograph
I have shown you. Focus your attention solely and completely
on the target building in the photograph I have shown you.
Move your focus forward in time to midnight tonight at the
target building. Move your focus forward in time to mid-
night tonight at the target building. Focus. Focus. Focus.
And describe the target to me.
+06 #07: I've been looking at the building... over, get over...
I was able to get through the inside of part of it...
It's very confusing. I saw elevators in the building, but
also saw broad stairway on what I believe to be the ground
floor... There's some kind of... There's some kind of...
I think it's a...small dish antenna. I think it's about
one meter or smaller. Had the feeling it was portable...
Try to see how it was mounted. It was not on the roof, it
was... inside the building... on top floor right... my point
of view... it was.......
I saw residue of film processing..mceterials, paper. I don't
know...
#66: Scan the entire building and tell me what goes on in this
building. What is the function of this building?
+10 #07: It's official building of some kind... There are offices.....
there are people... United States (mumble)... Americans...
#66: What makes you say this?
#07: Guess the way the furniture... it looks....like familiar to
me... There's at least one... third floor, left side I
feel there's an American there. I haven't looked at the rest
of it.
#66: What does he do in this building?
#07: I don't see, I see his office... Very nice desk.........

#07: There's a (mumble) chandelier... while the room's torched.
One of the lower rooms...that gives it some kind of... this
could be overlay, with all the... I wanna say this is a...
performs a Embassy type function... I don't know whose.
#66: What makes you say Embassy type function?
#07: I don't know, I saw... a pennant of a staff. I was trying
to read it. I just feel that this is a building that has
to do with affairs of state, not business...
#66: Okay...
#07: ... not commercial.....
+16 #66: Okay. I want you to reinsure that your focus is on the mid-
night hour, now. I'm interested in the time period midnight
to six in the morning. I'd like you to report now on the
time period midnight to six a.m. Interest in the security
status and things relevant to the security of the building
during those hours.
#07: A moment ago I saw... two vehicles leave the vicinity of
this building with headlights on. I thought one of them came
from under the building. I assumed it was midnight because
it was dark.
#66: All right.
#07: I felt that there was activity in the upper right... upper
right corner... upper right corner, near corner if you look
at the photograph... The building seems rather quiet, but...
top floor is active.
#66: In what way?
#07: I feel tension... getting a lot of tension. I think.....
there's a... like a... a mission... like transmission from
the upper part of this building right now... Range is limi-
ted to two or three kilometers...
#66: Tell me about the activity in the upper corner of the build-
ing.
#07: There's three of four people there... What they're doing
doesn't seem to have as much impact as my feeling about it.
#66: Explain your feeling about it?
#07: People seem... scurrying around, rushing, but my.awareness
tells me that... they're trying to convey information to
some other place... and tension is extremely high.

#66: Explain the nature of this tension.
#07: They don't have the, feel they don't have the information,
or..... they feel they don't have the right information.....
They're uptight about... about that transmission, like...
like maybe they feel they shouldn't be doing it... I don't
know if this nervous feeling is based on moral grounds or
fear of detection... My strongest feeling is that they are
afraid of...of detection.
#66: All right, fine.
+22 #07: There is, there is a some kind of security on the ground
floor... but...
#66: Explain the nature of this security.
#07: I'm aware of three people..... but... I feel it's routine.
#66: Are they aware of the activity on the top floor?
#07: I feel that one does, but the other two have no idea. Just
bored on their job... Two of them doesn't really know what
their function is.
#66: Are they armed?
#07: There's a weapon there, but I don't know, I was trying to
figure if it's loaded... Yes, I think they are armed.
#66: How are they dressed?
#07: They are... Well, one guy civilian clothes, two seems to be
in uniform.
#66: Which one is aware of the activity on the upper floor?
#07: Civilian clothes.
#66: All right, I have no further question concerning this target
area, however, I'd like to provide you the opportunity at
this time to continue your explorations and report any infor-
mation which you feel is pertinent.
PAUSE
#07: Just a feeling of the whole building is... one of tension.
I don't think this is any kind of overlay because... I've
never noticed this feeling in any work I've done before.
That's about it.
#66: Okay. One last question. Two questions, I'm sorry. What do
you feel is the nature of this tension? Explore this feeling
of tension for it's roots.

#07: It's an-awareness that..... something... has or is going to
occur, but there's...a great deal of misinformation.....
feeling of vulnerability in regards of many unknown factors.
I feel there's two or three people that are very comfortable
with the situation because of-knowledge. Many others are
aware but they're not supposed to be, and they're... feeling
of vulnerability...because of.. .confusion.. .unknown factors.
There are some who feel that... something extremely important
is..v ?A ....It's a...it doesn't...it doesn't feel like
a hostage situation at all... I thought I might be... per-
suing hostages, but it doesn't feel that way.
#66: In what area of the world is this?
#07: I have no idea....
#66: All right. I have no further questions, and if you have no
further comments return your focus to the present time and to
me, and let's prepare to draw the perceptions you have had.
Okay, fine.
#07: Uh, I was viewing the building close up, and backing off and
seeing it from a few hundred yards away. All the images
seemed daylight. And I tried relaxing and all of a sudden
I could see the building from about a thousand, fifteen hun-
dred feet, night scene, I've seen it from above. Uh, I saw
two vehicles leave the vicinity of the building with head-
lights piercing through the darkness, and one of them seemed
to come from under... It'd be, looking at the photo from
the left side, either under an overhang of the building, or
out of a ramp from underground parking, Icouldn't tell.
But it came from under the building from my viewpoint.
I found myself then viewing inside, I think somewhere around
the ground floor. The floor was either tile or carpeted in
geometric pattern, reds and tans. And to my right was a
stairway which I thought was very broad and kind of elegant.
I found myself wondering why the stairway was there if they
had a elevator off to my left, which I thought I saw. I
found myself in an office I think about the middle of the
building on the second floor, and it didn't seem very inter-
esting. Then I moved on down to the left side of the build-
ing. On either the second or third floor I felt I was in
an American's office.
#66: Okay, this was kind of immediately after I asked you to ex-
plain the function or the activity of the building, see what
the building is. I asked you to freely explore the building
and determine what the function was. So you found yourself
wound up in an American's office, or what you thought was
American?

#07: I, I just felt, I felt this was an American's office and
it was at this time I thought, well, gee, you know, I'm
not looking for hostages, this is an American's office.
And I can't put my finger on exactly what, I guess it was
the way the place looked, I felt comfortable in there or
something. It didn't feel foreign to me.
#66: You did not-
#07: And right as I-
#66: Let me see if I can get this - understand you. You didn't
actually see an American there-
#07: I did not, but I was aware of someone rather tall and slim,
I'd say about 6' 1" or 2" and slim, about 170-180 pounds,
but I did not see them, it was an awareness of this person,
it wasn't a clear image.
#66: Okay. It was more a comfortable feeling in the room itself,
as opposed to seeing an American, or an American flag or
something like that?
#07: I did not see any American symbols, flags, etc. It was a
comfortable feeling that I, I felt very comfortable with,
I felt very friendly. And I was, I was aware of this person
just standing in space. I tried to see them in the room.
I felt they belonged in the room, but.I did not see them in
the room, but I was aware off to my left, of this person.
When I'd look, they'd disappear... Oh, it was dark hair not
black hair. Very tall. About 35-38. Where'd I go from
there?
#66: At one point, and I don't remember when it-vas, you mentioned
something about a dish something and then some film or some-
thing?
#07: Okay, I was aware of this dish antenna, it was about a meter
in diameter, perhaps a little bit smaller.
#66: And where was this located?
#07: I don't know, I... The other thing that I felt and saw I
felt it probably ended up on the top floor.
#66: Okay, could you draw me a picture of that dish antenna, please?
#07: Yeah...
#66: Okay. You just said that you thought this might be on-
did you say the third floor?
#07: Third or fourth floor, I, I'm not sure which...

#66: Which ever the top floor is, or something?
#07: Yeah.
#66: Okay.
#07: Uh, and I had the feeling, I don't know, I don't know any-
thing about this sort of thing, but I had the feeling the
thing was, uh, pointed out a window.
#66: Okay.
#07: Uh, and it, you know, it could be, uh, it could be electronic,
it could be acoustical, uh, I don't know. It was about that
big around. Uh, I didn't see any cables leading to it, but,
uh, sometime later, and I don't know the right time frame,
I saw a lobe, like a mathematical lobe that you'd develop of
radio energy, measuring half power points. It looked like
a big teardrop shape, and I Felt it didn't reach all the way
out of the city. Uh, for this reason I thought that, you
know, something electronic, some kind of emissions or trans-
missions, uh, was or was about to occur.
#66: Okay.
#07: Uh, I saw a room which I thought might be a darkroom, and
because of my interest in photography I thought, hey this
garbage is overlay. But the image kept persisting, so I
allowed myself to look at it, and it was, it looks like
pieces of paper that had been wadded up in a film canister.
Small (mumble) were lying about as though they were just
yanked out of the canister and thrown away. Uh, I saw empty
film reels, it had bits of film attached, as though someone
had probably just developed some film. I thought, also
thought that was up around the third or fourth floor, and to
the right of center on the way you view the photograph.
Third floor, I felt a great deal of excitement, I don't know,
three or four people scurrying around.
#66: Okay, again I ask you, do you mean top floor or third floor,
here? I believe during the session I thought you said top
floor.
#07: I mean top floor.
#66: Okay, I, I am-
#07: Did I say third floor? I meant top floor.
#66: Just now you did and I'm assuming the building is a four
story building, cause I've been told that, and so when you
say third floor I want to be sure whether you mean top floor
or third floor.

#07: I felt this was top floor.
#66: Okay. You- during the session you had said top floor.
#07: Now,tihere was some, something was happening right in third
floor below, just below the top floor, part of it. But, uh,
the tension,. excitement that I felt was top floor, wherever
that is.
#66: Okay, okay. What kind of a scene was it? What kind of a
room was it where they, where this tension was?
#07: Uh, it was, one time I thought that there was a shielded
room. I toyed with it, and it didn't come through strong.
But I felt there was no windows. Uh, and this was in some
distance from the extreme right. end of the building. Uh,
there was nothing unusual about it, except there was some
equipment around. It wasn't a regular business office.
There was a desk, a table and some things around, but there
was equipment sitting around, and one item was a camera.
They say I was trying to cause involvement in cameras the
last few days. I was trying to discourage that cause I
thought it might be overlay.
#66: What did this camera look like to you? Can you describe it to
me?
#07: I just recognized it as a small photomatic, I didn't even
look close, I assumed it was-
#66: With what type of lens was it equipped?
#07: Short lens. I assumed it was probably a 35, I didn't even
think about it.
#66: Okay.
#07: But I thought, since I like cameras, I thought it was a, you
know, definitely overlay.
#66: Okay. If you would, I'd like you to give it an attempt here
in drawing, too, to see if you can't draw this room and
some of the things around here. I know that, I didn't ask
you for a description of the room during the, session, and
you were more tied up in your feelings at that time, but if
you could try, I'd like you to try to draw that room where
this activity was taking place.
#07: Okay, just a minute.
PAUSE
#07: There was different items sitting on this, I, you know,

#07: I don't remember what the, what it was... There was some,
uh, cabinets or lockers over in this area against the wall
with equipment in it. Somehow this is inboard a little bit
from where I felt the people were in the corner of the room,
the corner of the building.
#66: You're saying this other, the room where the activity was
is kind of like-
#07: I think, well this, there's a lot of act-, a lot of things
going on here. But I think one-
#66: There's another room somewhere?
##07: Yeah, I think one room, this is building, room here is towards
the end of the building.
#66: Okay.
#07: Uh, I don't know where the door was, I don't remember seeing
where it was, into that area.
#66: So this room would be one in from the corner?
#07: Yes.
#66: Okay.
#07: And there was some, there was some elecronic boxes, uh, I
don't know, I have no idea what they were. Just some knobs
and things...
#66: Okay.
#07: But I think, I think this room here with the "X" is where
some transmission was going on, uh,.going out from.
#66: Okay.
#07: Wasn't long range.
#66: Something was, something that concerns this building and
this equipment is not long range. It is within the city
someplace.. Okay?
#07: Two kilometers at the most.
#66: And you said, of course, before you don't know where this
might he in the world, you didn't have a feeling for this.
#07: I hadn't even thought about it till you asked me, and I
didn't feel particularly interested for some reason about

#07: where it was.
#66: Okay, the only reason I asked that is you seemed to bring
up near the end of the session something about hostages, and
I wondered what made you say that, because I don't-
#07: I have worked practically nothing but hostages in the last
few weeks, like every time I work I'm going after someone
or something to do with hostages. And I just naturally
assumed it was another hostage session, I was primed for that,
and it didn't feel that way.
#66: You have no attachment to hostages with whatever this building
is? Is that what I hear you saying?
#07: I was looking around the inside of the building for hostages,
and I didn't see any, or didn't have that feeling of hostages,
that impression.
#66: Although you did have affairs of state and embassy feeling
of some kind.
#07: Yeah, but it didn't seem to connect...
#66: I'd like now to address, I don't know if you can draw any
pictures or not, but to address the security situation.
Refresh your recollection it was three guards downstairs.
#07: There's nothing to draw, I didn't, I saw them... There's
one that, one in civilian clothes gonna be towards the left
to center of the building, and I wasn't sure he was a guard,
though he had something to do with security. He was in
civilian clothes and seemed to have much more of an awareness
and alertness than the other two. The other two didn't seem
to be really sure what they was doing, other than to stay
awake and report anything that seemed unusual to them. More
like strictly a guard rather than a strong security force to
protect something, know what the heck they're doing.
Two security personnel that seemed to be in some type of
uniform and did not seem to be particularly alert, they were
just performing a function...
#66: Okay.
#07: ...without any great interest in what they were doing.
#66: Do you have any feeling for, uh, any guard personnel on the
grounds around the building?
#07: I, uh, I didn't look. I only looked at the building.
#66: Okay.
#07: I did feel that there was at least at this time there was not

#07: much in the way of security above the ground floor.
#66: Okay... The one in civilian clothes was in a different
location than the other two?
#07: Yeah, they...One was near the near center of the building,
and one was in the right far corner, and I thought moving.
I had an awareness of one in civilian clothes to the left of
center, about the middle portion of the building. I don't
know whether he was in an office, or, he seemed to stay put
pretty much, I don't know why. But he had awareness of some-
thing that was going on, whatever was going on on the top
floor. Uh, I don't know if he's supposed to know about it,
officially, whether he knew about it but was keeping his
mouth shut. Or whether he'd been tipped off, or what, I just
didn't know. But he was aware.
#66: Okay, fine. Is there anything else you'd like to add, then,
concerning this?
#07: No, uh, the whole thing was rather vague in comparison with
some I've done.
#66: Okay, I can understand. Thank you very much.

TARGET CUING INFORMATION
REMOTE VIEWING (RU) SESSION CD-93

1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session the veiwer was shown an overhead photo-
graph and told that his target was the building indicated.
The photograph was mas ed so that the veiwer did not know where the building was.
The photograph is not included herein due to it's classification.
2. (S/NOFORN) During the session the viewer was asked to focus on the time
period at the target from 2400 to 0600 hours. He was encouraged to elaborate
on his descriptions of the target building.
