(S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in compliance with a request for information on a target of interest. 2. (S) The viewer was provided with the geographic coordinates of the target area of interest at the time of the session. Ambient room noise was very subdued during this session. The viewer was able to achieve a very relaxed state of concentration and resolve imagery in which he had some confidence. 3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated. 4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer reference his impressions of the target. At TAB B is target cuing information. Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000300330001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07: TIME TRANSCRIPT 00330001-3 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-51 #14: This will be a remote viewing session for 9 April 1980. Mission time is 0900 hours. +02 #19.5 PAUSE All right #19.5 the time is now 0900 hours. Our target for today is identified by geographic coordinates. These coordinates are: I want you now to go to that location and describe the area. PAUSE I'm up very high and I'm looking down at what looks like 3 valleys, like fingers running into the mountain. I think the center valley is the valley with the target. +05 Mountains. Very, very rugged mountains. Wait a minute. I'm looking down a very large...I keep wanting to make it an airport, but it's not. It looks like a large military installation. It's got alot of bunker facilities on it. It's like some kind of command post center. Yeah, it's a command post. Very well bunkered. There's alot of armor in the area...lot of military positions...sort of temporary. Feel like I'm looking at a great large maneuver area of some sort, and...uh...am seeing what appears to be about 3 regiments, anyway, of troops and tanks. Apparently, -they're Playing, playing some kind of war game, some kind of war game. I'm having a difficult time with this target. I don't see any real specific target, per se here, I'm just I'm like watching a panarama of troop movements. Like a war game. And, there's only one significant thing that I can see, and it's...apparently, it's a very complex command bunker. Well fortified. Got alot of zigzag trenches around it with. .anti-tank type trap. ?:1-tst'atotheh,ead of this valley. Just a single road, road track runs through the valley. That's all I'm seeing. Think the thing that looked like a thing that looked like a large runway is some kind of semi-buried concrete structure. That part of the command post. That's all I'm getting. Approved For Release 2000/08/07: CIA- 0001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CI 0330001-3 #10 #19.5: The end of this valley there's ...looks like a...wait a minute...now I'm confused...wait a minute looks like ...like a very high observation point on the top of the ridge line. Looks alot like a Hawk missile launcher. Very strange. Looks like Hawk missiles on this ridge line. And, a very well fortified place...underground ammunition storage. I don't know why...that looks very familiar. That's all I'm getting. Those are definitely Hawks though. PAUSE #14: Before we end I want you to focus on the activity taking place. +15 #19.5: PAUSE I don't, I don't see anything different or unusual or anything. I just see this...uh...like maneuver elements. Everybody seems to be the same. They're just maneuvering. It's like looking in a big sand table, and these military positions are sort of exercising, I guess. Shifting around a little bit. Exercising. I don't see anything other than this maneuvering. #14: Ok. I have no further questions. Is there anything else you'd like to add before we draw? #19.5: Just a minute. Let me look again. PAUSE #19.5: No. I don't see anything. I don't see anything out of the ordinary, here. I can't add anything. #14: #19.5: Ok. We are now ready for debrief. Page 1. I got this distinct impression like I was very high...like on a...either a real high range of mountains, or very high up in the air, and I was looking down at these 3 valleys. Went like this, and there was rugged mountain ranges all around these valleys. This is looking obliquely to my front. And, there was....my area of interest appeared to have fallen to about dead center. Middle center of the valley. Where the X is on my drawing here. So we'll progress to page 2. Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA- 0001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07: ClAsEcnE7330001_3 I got a feeling like my span of consciousness wasn't just on today, but like spread over a 21 day period or 30 day period. This valley was predominantly empty except for your normal everyday type living. You know. Little villages and farmers of some kind....that these maneuver troops like 3, 41 or 5 regiments, you know, a great deal of troops just kind of heavily mixed with tanks...just kind of came -down out of these mountains and off this rail line and just fr% kind of fanned out they went through this big maneuver thing. They look like ants scurrying around and then the predominant key feature in the maneuvers was this command type bunker or structure. You know that held a pretty predominant center of this valley and then they all scurried back the way they came in, and the valley was empty again. I just have this feeling I was looking at a great span of time for some reason. And, that was the only way I think the reason why I did that is that was the only that I could capture the activity. This seemed to be the activity that occurred in this valley. So the second thing that I should. ...do I guess on page 2 is this command bunker. It looked like....at first appeared to be a runway. I think it's just a big flat expanse of concrete. It's like this....and there was this...uh...this large bunker type thing next to it.. It had additional portions to it. It was very low to the ground. You know. Like I wasn't seeing any doors or windows, or anything. Maybe that's why I thought it was a bunker type thing. I'll darken in the hills a little bit. It's kind of rolling, rolling barren earth, as a matter of fact. Good tank country this valley. If we had a week I would draw in the tanks and troops and everything running around this place, but we'll just call it the command bunker. Felt like it's permanently there, but it's only used when they do their maneuvers, and stuff. Uh I'm trying to get a feel for what kind of tanks they were. Maybe that's important. But, I can't. There just seemed to be little tanks running around on the ground. That direction was north....south. I'll put a direction arrow in the valley's as well. This being north....south. And, then I got a...tried to get an overall view of this valley. General outline was like this. With this command post that's on page 3 in the center. Most of the maneuvering was done at the head of this valley. Now, this isn't all flat valley. There's like rolling hills and there's some minor hilltops in the center of this valley. If you were looking face-on this valley, you couldn't see alot of the valley 'cause you couldn't see over the hills. There appeared to be a number of rivers. I guess I'd better but those in blue, coming down out of the mountains. Down into this area, and this spread into a larger river that kind of ran this way. Like this. And, there was a rail line Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA- 0001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07: CIA- 01-3 that came down out of this area, and ended, like, right down here at this X. Was alot of roads in this valley. I got an impression that main road came down parallel this heavy dark line, parallel: with the road.?like this sort of affect. I'll label these road and rail line.... main river small river. Page 3. And, then page L. I dropped down to ground level thinking well, maybe there's something significant here, and I got the impression that I was on a ridge line that had been partially constructed with a path going around it like this. And...uh...had a section of sandbag emplacement like were around it. Like this. These are all sandbags...these curly-que type things. and there was alot of concertina wire around here, and everything, and I got the feeling like I was looking at .a I don't know how to draw these..... so I'll just do the best I can here I was looking at some kind of looked, looked like a Hawk missile launcher to me, ok. I don't really know what they look like other than the fact that I know that there's 3 rockets on it this big thing here. And, that the valley was panaramic out before me like this....with the hilltops in the center and the X signifying the area of interest and the mountains. Like this. And, the river running across, like that. Looked like I had a definite feel of view on this valley from this ridge line. And, the only other thing that I saw .......1 thought, well maybe. there's a major rail-head or something here, and I got an impression of couple major mountais....this kind of affect with...uh...a tunnel and, you know, the main support type bridge. This sort of thing. And, a tunnel over here where this rail line came out. As if this rail line ran through tunnels, you know. But, I don't know. Page 5. That's all I got. The general activities were maneuvers that come and go. I don't see anything significant in maneuvers, just...it's a standard maneuver type operation. Where they just bring them in, do:their maneuvers and every- body goes home. #14: Ok. I have no further questions. #19.5: That's all I got. #14: All right. End of session.
