REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC1
?1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target of interest.
2. (S) The viewer was provided the geographic coordinates of the
target area at the time of the session. He was unable to attain his
usual state of relaxed concentration and was troubled that he may have
a considerable amount of "analytical overlay" due to his exposure to
the Afghanistan problem. Ambient room noise was very bad and eventually
lead to cancellation of the session.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document,
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer
reference his impressions of the target site.

#28 This will be a remote viewing session for the
21st of February 1980. We have a on-target time
0900 hours.
Relax and concentrate now. Relax and concentrate.
Relax and focus on your target for this morning.
SG1A
Relax and concentrate. Relax and focus. Relax and
concentrate.
SG1A
Relax and concentrate. Relax, relax, relax, and
describe the target to me.
#32 There's a .................There's a dark shaded area
(mumbling) foliage area in the upper hand right square.
Kind of a opening area greater portion of the square.
Seems to be a something like a hill, small (mumbling)
hill on the right (mumbling) of this place. Very
hardy.
I have......get the impression of..uh..don't know...
few scattered people with, with guns. Not very
military like. Kind of like antagonist (mumbling).
#28 Move down on the target side and describe the terrain
to me.
#32 Kind of hilly, cragy (phonetic) brownish...I see..uh..
disabled vehicles.... like they had been fighting there
like some bodies...not, not, some bodies are buried
others are not.

#32 Get the feeling that a military action had taken
place.
#28 And what's happening now?
#32 There's..uh..these bands of people are kind of
regrouping. There's no big...there's no......
seems to be a lack of organization that's helter,
skelter.
#28 All right. I have no further questions about the
target site at this time or right now. Is there
anything that you would like to add about your
perceptions?
#32 I want to say these guys are rebels. They're wearing
turbans. Kind of (mumbling) type things.
#28 Anything else?
#32 Yeah. They seem to be in a very good mood. Not
disgruntled or what-have-you. That's all.
#28 Let's draw the perceptions that you have had.
#32 Ok. The very first impression while you were telling
me about coordinates was a very high perspectives of
coordinates. I viewed it as a square and what I was
trying to see was determine from a very high point of
view so to speak, what the terrain was, looked like
and my first perception was darkness or green here
that was a kind of elevation in the upper left hand
portion of that square. So that could be just trees
or a side of a mountain foliage, but that portion up.
here was dark and elevated, ok. Then the little
section (mumbling) the center portion diagnolly running
from both the bottom left to the right angle to the
top right seemed like a fairly..uh..it was quite
spacious and looked pretty damned desolate ...like,
like you would be walking in a huge valley sloped down
from either side from the top left......on the bottom
right and that looked kind 'o rocky, kind'o brown,
kind'o desolate, then I picked up the last impression.
On the bottom right hand side where I get more of an
impression of a hill or a mountain on a right...
hilly terrain, mountaineous terrain. Ok. Then I was
trying to (mumbling) come (phonetic) alot closer.
I'll just describe it. There's no sense me doing this
over again. I just couldn't get out of the affect or
impression that I was still in this valley. What I
saw is what I described...ragtag, helter-skelter band

of people. It was at that point that...I'll say
this now, that I kind of thought that maybe what I
had read or worked on events in Afghanistan was coloring
my judgment. But, I didn't fight it. I just kept
on with what I had and this is where I saw some, some
I had the impression that there had been action there
already, that these guys were not retreating but re-
grouping with very little lack of organization. There
were some dead people, corpses, some-like I said
I got the impression some were still surfaced and
some were buried and there were not many, few disabled
vehicles here and there. And, that was really all I
got.
#28 Ok. How do you feel about your relaxation, your
imagery?
#32 Uh...first imagery, I thought,....felt was very, very,
good. It was only when I started realizing I ...might
identify this thing as Afghanistan events that I
started to become reluctant to express what I was...
the impressions that I was getting. That's it.
