MEADE, MARYLAND 20755 NOT FOR RELEASE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS SG1A SUBJECT: Summary of Session Conducted at 1300 hours, 4 April 1980, (S) 4 April 1980 SG1A SG1A SG1A SG1A `) 'Y DIRECTOR DIA. ; 2A 04 April 2000 DIRECTOR DIA 2-301c (3&6) 1. (S) Target for this session was He was directed to report a general description of the target and describe the ongoing activity for 0800 hours on the 4th of April 1980. He was also provided the coordinates to this location later in the session when he appeared to the facilitator to be havin SG1A difficult' in reporting information. These coordinates were but they were not provided as the same target location. In fact the facilitator stated that he wanted the viewer to "now go to a new target location at coordinates..." implying that it was to be an entirely different target. The viewer stated in the drawing session that he had a distinct feeling that he did not move from the first loc- ation even though he tried to do just that. Fie stated that he felt even though he was being given a different target, the feelings and impressions he had were that he remained on the original target anyway. 2. (S) The viewing session was very short as compared to most, but the reported information was very very accurate as relates to the target. The viewer stated his first impression was of being very high in the air and seeing a horseshoe design, followed by an impression of a large open flat area. He stated that this area was completely surrounded by mountaneous terrain except for the west side. This left side of the area was bordered by a coastline. He stated that a large river ran directly through the target area (the flat open area). He stated that there was a railroad which ran next to the river. When asked to focus on the activity on the target he responded that he was drawn to the railroad, but was not getting any activity at all other than the everyday normal going-on. He stated that he saw a railyard marshalling area but there was no unusual activity. He was then given the coordinates of the "new" target. His first impression was that there was kind of a tunnel affect in his viewing and that he saw a bridge. He stated that he was standing then on the side of boxcars and there was no activity going on. He stated also that he felt that he had not moved from the previous target. Approved For.
