(S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in compliance with a request for information on a target of interest. 2. (S) This session represents this viewer's second attempt to access this target area (see CCC-31). The viewer was able to attain an adequate state of relaxed concentration. He was disturbed from time to time by ambient room noise but was able to continue working with some effort. He was discouraged by what he perceived to be a lack of resolution in his session. 3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (5), undated. 4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressiond during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing information provided the viewer and the analyst's comments. SG1B SG1B PAUSE Relax and concentrate now. Relax and focus on the target for this afternoon. Relax and concentrate. Focus on the target for this afternoon. Relax and focus on your target. Observe the target. Relax and observe the target. Relax and observe the target. Relax and observe the target and as you do describe the target to me. PAUSE _09 #14: I'm really having a tough time with this target. #28: Explain. PAUSE #14: It seems like everytiMe I get near this target, and I'm almost sure I've been here, briefly, before, my, my pulse gets very rapid. Very....it seems like my entire metabolism speeds up. It starts racing. Uh ...imagery that I had connected with this...and.. again, it's very fleeting imagery...unable...it seems like I'm just...absolutely...or not...unable to really ...to really get into this target or pick anything up on it. I saw a, a dome type shape...uh...I also saw a funny, all these images are independent, a table top, like a butte. I also had the strong image of a Approved For Release 2000/ 0200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : 200300001-7 SG1B river or something winding. And I noticed I was having trouble. That's when I noticed that my images were flashing, and fleeting and hard to hang on to. At that time, I noticed that my...first, first thing my heart rate was starting to...was racing, and that's when I changed positions and I started to relax again, and as I concentrated on the target and focused on it, my heart rate seemed to speed up again. #28: Ok. I have another question here. Let's not work on a description of the target. Let us focus on another aspect here. Concentrate again on and, at this time simply describe the activity at the target. PAUSE #14: I, I saw very clearly a tracked:vehicle. I said, no, that's probably not it. I focused again and I saw tracked vehicles again. More clearly a tank. #28: All right. I have another question now. At this time relax and concentrate once again on the target: SG1B +15 and as you concentrate now describe the function of the target. PAUSE #14: The immediate thing I got was a crescent moon type shape lying on its back, and I asked what that means. Then, shortly after that I got a picture of a dam. PAUSE #28: I cannot interpret your images concerning function. I wish you'd access the target again for further description of the function of the target area. PAUSE 2 Approved For Release 2000/08/07SECR WAP TUOUZUUJUUUU'l - Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 CECRET #14: The only thing I'm picking up on, and I'm afraid it may be overlay, is I keep picturing a huge dish shaped antenna. PAUSE Such as....that don't make sense...I, I kept seeing these huge antennas Uh like you would use for +23 space communication, or satellite down link, or something. At the same time I was getting a...kind of like a picture of an atom with electrons and stuff flying around it. #28: All right. I'm now going to give you a specific time coordinate and I'd like you to once again address the first question. Focusing now on this target area, narrowing your time focus to 1000 hours at the target, 27 March 1980. At this time describe the target. PAUSE #14: I don't know. For some reason I'm unable to access at the target. #28: All right. Fine. Now, I'm going to work on the same time period, but with a different question. And, with this different question we aren't looking now for a visual description of the target, but a description of something else. So again, focus on 1000 hours, at the target 27 March 1980 and describe the activity at the target. PAUSE #14: I'm not coming up with anything other than over powering analytical overlay. #28: Will you tell me about it? #14: Uh...the....I can't get out of my head the biological warfare plant in Sverdlosk. #28: Ok. I'd like to ask you this last question again while were in the time focus. So, I'd like you to relax and concentrate once again. Focusing once again on the target and moving to 1000 hours, 27 March 1980 at the target, and this time accessing the target describe the function of the target area. PAUSE #28: All right. Now, before you draw, and while you're still relaxed, I'd like you to briefly review the imagery that you've had on each question that I've asked you. #14: I hope you took good notes. PAUSE #28: Ok. Now prepare to draw. #31: Ok. My- notes here, ...you started off with a dome shape. #14: Ahhh #31: A no, let's work on the dome shape. You had the dome shape again later on I'll ask you later on if it was the same dome shape....or #14: Kind of my first impression, and that's why I recognized it from before, and it's a funny kind of a dome shape. Maybe, it isn't. I don't know I had the feeling that it was more rounded at the top than it was at the sides. #31: Ok. #14: Now, number 1 is a side view. I didn't see it as a side view. I saw it looking down at it, but this is the only. way I Could translate it into having straight sides and a round top. I was looking at it from the top. It had more of a dome shape, but there was something odd about that dome shape. That's expressed in one. #31: You have a feeling for the size or magnitude of it? #14: Yeah. It must have been big. Well, at least from where I was. I had the impression...the feeling that it was multi-story. Uh...All I can say is multi-story. Approved For Release 2000/08/ 000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07s : 110200300001-7 a:: , yr 1111 MIK #14: More than 2 stories. It could be up to 10 stories tall. I didn't see anything else in relation to it. All I saw there's this dome....zap. #31: Ok. That's number 1. Ummm......then you had a feeling of a table top thing. Like a butte. #14: Yeah. That was..uh..it was really weird. .... and it appeared if it was just a flat top there, and everything around it was eroded and stratafied . I had the feeling that this was not the only one like that. That there seemed to be more. It almost seemed like a picture of out west...the Grand Canyon, or something like that. It was really odd. It didn't seem to have any place. It was a very flat top. Like a table top, and everything else seemed to be eroded away around it. #31: Do you have a feeling for the size of that? #14: Uh...yeah. That was, that was big. Uh...and the top of that would be the size of you could put a couple of football fields up there. #31: Ok. #14: As if I'll put some guy standing up here. Like that. #31: Ok. #14: All right. #31: Another thing you had....a feeling of a winding river. Let me see. Then you..uh..ok...go ahead there was a break. There was some sort of a pause there, and #28 asked you to describe the activity at the geographic coordinates that you had been provided. You saw...uh.. a track vehicle and then you looked again, and the track vehicle again, and more specifically in your words you said a tank. #14: Right. #31: Ok. Better give a shot of that as well. #14: I'll try to draw it in stages, as it came. This is really odd. This was extremely well defined and this was an extremely modern piece of equipment. My first Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : 00001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 thought was the new T-72 tank. The road wheels are well the big return wheels or whatever at the beginning of the tank, whatever, looked like cout-out mag wheels. Nicely machined and everything. They weren't cast. They were machined. I mean, initially they were cast, but machined off machined surfaces on these, on these, these wheels and stuff. Even on the road wheels. Uh...the road wheels were much bigger than that. Well, this isn't a good drawing, but that was A, and it was very clear and it reminded me of looking at the T-72. That flashed in my mind, I said gee that's really nice. Nice piece of equipment. Very new; very modern. Then, I saw venous other road wheels. But, it seemed like other as track, tracks, tracked vehicles, and it seemed like there may have been a row of 'em, and I regrouped. Looked at it again, and I saw at B, I saw a very nice flat- rounded turret, and here's that dome shape. Isn't that nice. That reminded me and there was a tube on it with a bore evacuator.... part way up the tube....and it reminded me of theta T-62 and that, of c6urse, was attached to the rest #31: At tape B, did you have any feel for..uh..other elements of that image there? You have the turret, you have the gun. Do you have any feeling of association or associative features to the rest of the image? #14: I had a feeling it was attached at something. Of course, that might be purely overlay, because, at first .I saw the tracks, and then I said, well, you know, that's a bunch of garbage. What's there? And, then I saw this beautiful picture of the turret and the tube, but I did not see the tracks attached to the tube at that time. It seemed like I focused in strictly on the turret and the tube. #31: Ok. Do you have a feeling for the location of this in relation to your other sketches; your other images? #14: Not at all. #31: You know. Relative location or relative...uh #14: No. It was totally independent. It just popped up there out of nowhere. #31: All right. Ok. Again, there was a small break. If you recall #28 worked with you a bit...uh...on focusing Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : Cl 0300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 r46 and such, and then he asked you the function of the target, and you indicated a crescent moon shape on its back. #14: We'll call that series 4. The first impression... all I had was a crescent shape...it was thicker kind of...and then I had to ask well, you know, big deal, what's that, and for some reason...unless, of course, may possibly...obviously overlay...I saw a what appeared to be a dam, dam...gorge, and, of course, this was the river. Then I...throughout the session, even to the end towards the ending of it, I kept seeing different views of perspectives of a dam. Uh #31: What was your feeling Let me ask a question here, while we're on that. What was your feel for sizes, magnitude, again #14: Immense #31: Ok. Were you...how about your altitude or way in which you were perceiving this target...this part of the target? #14: Ok. Uh in drawing 4 at B, I was at ground level. I was dOwn: in the valley here, and that thing Was off and from another angle at 5, I seemed to be above ground level. I seen it from a different angle. There seemed to be a road or something coming Over this, also. This is big enough to drive trucks across...like a bridge. Uh...I don't- know. I guess it would go something like this Does that look does that make any sense? #31: Ahh.... #14v That was just another view of 4. #31: Ok. #14: That was from top side looking from one side across the other. #31: Ok. #14: Ok. Let me see. #31: Ok. I was distracted by some noise. I don't know if you were, but I was, and I was up walking around, so after that...uh..I was up trying to track down some Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : 200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/0SCECTIOCIT000200300001-7 bumping and thumping down..-outside the building. But, you had some difficulty; again, you mentioned you were having difficulty and can't access the target. #28 worked with you again and to describe the activity of the target...where my notes continue, anyway. And, you had dome, pyramid; dome, pyramid, and you had asked what it means, ok, and you had the feeling of energy association. #14: There was some type of radiation. Some type of energy. I don't know why the dome to the pyramid dome to the pyramid it didn't at times it seemed like the dome was over a pyramid, and at times, it felt like the pyramid didn't belong there but the dome did or that the pyramid belonged there and the dome didn't. It didn't make any sense. It was just a #31: Ok. There was one thing. I don't remember writing down. I did not write down, but you...in the session you had feeling of a...I think it was about this time, you had feeling of a dish shape. #14: Yeah. A huge...somewhere in there...a huge satellite communication type dish...and, of course, that threw me it didn't make any sense, but I said ok, well, I'll talk about it. #31: Would you give me a sketch of that? #14: Oh! God. I'll give you a better picture. Will you take picture of the one up on the hill up here-- And, that's exactly what it looked like. Uh.-..but it was really interesting what was taking place at the same time looking at this thing. I don't know how to draw these things. I have no idea if it's an up link or a down link or both, ? and the size of that, if there is a person there...I'll draw a little stick person down here... it's huge. But, also at the same time I was...I don't know. I asked myself another question...as, as relating to, to this...and I got an overlay...well, right about here, as a matter of fact, of a nucleus with you know something like that. I says, oh,, well that doesn't make sense...a dish with atomic...atom, atomic. I said, oh, no, that's a solar system. ItLA-:, must be satellite. #31: Hummm....ok. #14: So. That's it. In fact, that, that dish may even be much larger than the scale appears. Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP 6-00788R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 00001-7 #31: Ok. Ok. #28 do you recall anything I may have missed something because I was up several times walking. Ok. That's all I have. #14: It was that boring, huh? #31: Humm #14: I say, it was that boring. #31: No. They were delivering stuff downstairs and I don't know what the heck they were doing. I finally decided that that's where they were at. 9 Approved For Release 200 0200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 I Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 V Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96- 88R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 Approved r Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 \triple' Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA- DP96-00788R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 aiiipasimpii0PREP8M711:7; 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000200300001-7 SG ANALYST COMMENTS REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-38 1. Although not sketched, verbage indicates associated imagery of a row of -new(unused) armored vehicles was perceived. This imagery indicates a strong, though fleeting, access to the desired target was obtained, but unfortunately it is not adequately supported by verifiable imagery of good quality to provide mission validation. This is a good example of a heretofore- inexperienced analytical paradox - an j,nvalidatable "hit." Recommend this imagery not be used in future targeting of #14 until future sessions provide adequate verification to justify such a"direct targeting" procedure. e.
