SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-33
1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target area of interest.
2. (S) This report represents this viewer's second attempt at this
target (see CCC25). The viewer was unable to maintain the required
state of relaxed concentration throughout the session. He was
disturbed by ambient room noise and his "dool down" time was half of
what it usually is.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detialed in the
document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol
(S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing
information provided the viewer. At TAB C are the analyst's comments.

TRANSCRIPT
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-33
#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 0900 hours,
25 March 1980.
SG1A
PAUSE
Relax and concentrate now, and focus on the target
designated for this morning.
1000 hours, 25 March 1980.
Focus on the target, focus on the target, and describe
the area to me.
PAUSE
#01: I'm at those..uh..rod type thing. I've got my..ah..
back against the wall; I'm looking up through these
rods, sort of connecting designer rods. Directly to my
front there's a..about a 14 foot chain link fence that
I'm looking through. And there's a..uh..appears to be
about a 4 story building with alot of glass in the
windows, and it's..uh..sort of a large L-shaped building
with a small piece fastened to one end. It's a...kind
of an open field in front. To the left is a..uh..uh..
kind of a large open area; It's..uh..it's on the end of
a stone wall back over to the right. Seeing what looks
like..uh..partially buried concrete type channels of some
sort.
PAUSE
#66: Describe your position of observation please.
#01: Facing this big building. Feel like I got my back to
the rods. Maybe..uh..400 meters away from this building.
I can stand between fences or something.

#66: Describe the area between the distant building and
your location. Perhaps you can see it better from
a slight altitude.
#01: Ok. I see a...what appears to be a open park-like
area. There's a rather large circular pattern to the
bottom left with a raised lip around it. Kind of a
box with black squares inside of it. On the edge is
open area on the right. I see..uh..what looks like..
looks like aluminum steam pipes or something. And
they're running over and through..uh..sort of elongated
concrete box of some kind. It's a rather large sphere
behind me in bottom right. It's all I'm seeing.
#66: All right. Look down from where you are now. Look
down at your starting point. Right at your starting
point, straight down, and describe it to me.
PAUSE
#01: It's like a bent...large bent section of metal. It's
a white metal, and there's ...it's like a grid type
shape covering it curving up. There's a. .some prong
type things going through it. They're black.
#66: All right. I want you to listen very carefully now
to what I say. Listen very carefully. Face directly
southeast.
#01: Ahhha...having a hard time. Ok.
#66: All right. Now, when I tell you to move, not now,
but when I tell you to move I want you to move south-
east ? mile to the target building. There are many
things between you and the target building. You are
not to be distracted by any of these things, but
move solely to the target building. Move now .
pAUSE
#01: Ok.
#66: Now describe the target building to me.
#01: It's..uh..iiikeL I want to say a U shape, but it's like
one leg of the U is shorter. More of a J. Feel like
I'm seeing maybe 6 stories or 5 stories, and it's all
brick, and..uh..there's alot of reflection. Like
from glass. When I moved, I smelled..uh..smelled

something. I don't know what it was, but it..uh..
it was familiar to me. Uh..I see a fenced in court-
yard, and..uh..appears to be a wall around the
building.
#66: Describe the activity at the target building.
#01: It's all...all indoors.
#66: Move indoors.
#01: Uh...everything's white, and everything's... .funny
doors.
#66: Describe the doors.
#01: It's like glass holes.in the doors. I see laboratories.
Electronic equipment. Some kind of strong feeling
there's some kind of human research or something here.
Very strong feelings for that. Like..uh..uh..some kind
+15 of experiments maybe. I see like..uh..get the smell
again. I don't...sort of like a cleaning fluid, or
something, and..uh..sort of, some activity is catching
my eye. It's like..uh..semi-dark room with a
flash strob or something going off, It's really
bright strob. This light keeps flashing. There is,
like residential type rooms in the building. Like
apartments, and there's one whole floor that's got
cages and...sort of looks like small animals, and
there's..uh..there's one whole floor that's got..uh..
cages....some of them look like small animals. Some
kind of research facility.
#66: All right. Describe the exterior of the building
one more time for me, please.
#01: See...like the front is...the front is in the base
of the U, and the right side appears to be shortened
somewhat. There's a half-moon shape covering with
..uh..extended out from the front door, on white
pillars, it looks like. That may be pavement. I'm
not sure, but there's a half, half-moon shape. It
looks like an overhang. There's alot of glass, and
a horizontal shape to it. It's all fenced.
#66: Ok. I have no further questions about the target, at
this time. If there's anything that you'd like to add
please do so now.

#01: It's got a very peculiar odor with it. I don't
I know what the odor is, but I can't remember. I know
it, but I don't know how to say it.
#66: All right. Perhaps you will recall later.
#01: There's a parking lot in the front. There's hardly any
cars in it. I don't know. Some kind of research
facility.
#66: All right. Let's see if we can't draw a picture of
this building.
#01: Page 1. Ok. The first thing I saw to my immediate
front was this rather this large building of about
4 stories. And..uh..it had a large entry way, and
alot of windows.
These windows aren't exactly right. There's something
vertical about 'em that doesn't appear here.....but,
it had slot of windows. Almost like the face of a big
factory type building. And, I got the impression that
I was looking looking at it through a, looking at it
through a fence. This being a sidewalk here down the
front, and there was just this fence in front of me
that I was looking through.
And, then..uh..way off to my left was this..uh...well,
not way off...it kind of started behind me and went to
my left. ...there was a wall..uh..impression..with some
..uh..large buildings in a row down at the end. Like on
a street, and there appeared to be some kind of..uh..
steam vents. Like 2 steam vents in a row of hills behind
it. This being the edge of the building over here...and
there was more roads and stuff over here, but I don't
what the exact layout of that was. Looking to my
right, I saw what appeared to be some kind of...I want
to call them bunkers, but they're not bunkers. Maybe
something with..uh..dirt, dirt type dike built over it..
or some kind of a ramp, earthenware ramp type thing.
I don't...precisely know how to express what I'm trying
to say here. It's like this dirt mound feeling
like maybe this was dark hole. Maybe an underground
parking garage or something of that nature.
#31: Is that a view looking down, or is that a view from
perspective?
#01: That's a view from perspective.

#31: Horizontal, ok.
#07: That's like looking from the side. This kind of thing.
And, there was more than one of 'em. There was like
one here, and there was one here. Like, just a
group of these. And there was a..uh..like a lip in the
front here. This being concrete. Kind o' down like
this, and had some kind of a design to it down here.
I don't know what that was. It might have been a
curb that was just up close to me, or something.
Page 4. Saw something...looks like a big round
pattern...and, I'm not sure whether that was garbage
or not...because about then is when I was starting
to hear background noises...and..uh..I got sort of
like a snap impression at the:same time of a lip
so, I'll draw, but I'm not entirely sure this
is at the target. Like..uh..this kind of a...that
kind of a shape, but I'm not entirely sure that this
was at the target. That being ground, here.
#31: Ummmm......this was, where I have you on my notes, is
..uh just before this..uh..you had mentioned the feeling
of an open park like area.
#07: Right.
#31: Is that an association with sketch 4 as well, or is
that
#07: Ok Uh well, I'll do an overview on page 5,
and show you how I perceived this to be. The asterisk
being my location. This large building was to my
front, and the wall went down this way. And, there
was these longer buildings over here with the stacks.
And, these were hills back here. And, then somewhere
over in this vicinity was this round shape lip.
And, I got the impression that the walk in front of
this like this...and the road went through here, some-
way and, that this area right in here...inside
this dotted line was like a..uh..a park with..uh..
walkways going through it. Like this. This is like
a park here, and that..uh..over in the right, over in
here were these, for lack of a better word, bunker type
objects. Which wouldn't explain the fence I felt I was
looking through when I saw the large building, but
I felt like I was looking at it through a fence.
Could have been standing behind a wire garbage can,
or something. And, then....uh..I went over head and

I looked straight downy so....when I look straight
down, I get the feeling like, well, it probably
might have been in this area over the circular dotted
line on page 5. I got an impression that I was
looking down at a big half-moon like thing of metal.
Like this, and there was some kind of a..uh..like
a grid pattern.Excentric (phonetic) circle grid pattern.
Type affair, like this, and that there was these..uh..
like things coming up. Like spikes. A-protuberance
of some sort coming up through the grid. That's on
page 6.
Felt like this was all metal. I'll put white metal.
Could o' been a almost had a sculptured look
to it. So, it could have been sculpture of some form.
And, page 7 is when I went to the southeast, I believe
it was. And, I got an impression I was looking down
on a building that was shaped like this...a modified
U, almost a J. This being the front that this
was..uh..like a walled-in compound. That..uh..
it had double fencing all the way around it. Like
a secure area in a secure area. And, there was some
kind of a curve type thing, like this, over the front.
I got the impression it was an overhang, but it could
have been where the pavement was or something. Because,
this was ..uh..like road here, and here with entranceways
to the gates. Like a double entryway. This was a road.
Like this. This was a parking area
and, I got a real strong impression that thisthing
was like..uh..some kind of a research center of some
sort that wasn't, wasn't heavy into..uh..human type
research, but dealt in human type research. Got a
real strong impression of that for some
That's about it. Really.
#31: Ok. You had a, you know, the flavor of..uh..of that
building comes through very strongly in your session.
When you were moving you reported several times during
the move, as well as once you were there, the idea of
a peculiar odor. You know what it was, but you can't
remember it. I was wondering if you had a feeling for
that.
#07: Uh...I can probably describe the odor. I know what
it is, but I just can't I don't know how to explain
it.

#31: Do you associate it with something that has a
particular use?
#07: Uh
#31: Or, as having a particular
#07: I want to say, but then, I don't know what that is
either. It has a very..uh..it almost..uh..it's sharp
through the nostrils to breath this, you know. I mean
to smell this odor. It's not an uncomfortable sharpness
but, it's sharper than your normal odors would be.
And, there's almost a..uh..almost a dry coolness to this
smell, and I don't know how to
#31: Ok. Ummm....all right.
#07: I don't know. Maybe it'll come to me.
#31: Ahhhh....I've got a couple areas here I'm going to
need to ask you about from my notes. Ummm to clarify
some things, ok..... Back, early part of session
when you were acquiring your entry imagery...ummm....
vicinity of sketch 3, that you already have...apparently,
or it's in that area of the transcript, anyway....
You say to the right is, what you had described as
partially buried concrete channels.
#07: Yeah. That's this, this kind of design here, in the
Front
#31: Ok. The design in front of the ......
#07: edge or curb or whatever it is..
#31: I understand. Uh proceeding on through this
session you had the.....sketches 4 and 5 you had
the feeling of an open park and your next association
was large circular thing to pattern to the bottom
left, and then you discuss...a...described a box
with black squares in it....uh...aluminum pipes or
something
#07: Yeah. I got a
#31: ...uh....going over and through the concrete....
elongated concrete box

#07: I saw page 8 this thing just looked like
a long concrete thing going away like this and it had
..uh..other things next to it at different places.
And, it had these...like aluminum pipes going in.
Like this and coming out. You know. I just got the
impression of these light metallic pipes. I
call them aluminum. I don't know if they're aluminum
or not. They just struck me as aluminum. That light....
ok I know what it was that struck me funny about
the pipes. I got the sensation that the pipes themselves
don't carry anything. I mean, you know. They're not
.....they're not air tight, water sealed. They're more
protective wrappings or covers than they are pipes.
It's like, if I had..uh..if I had a channel of things
going from one block into..uh..this concrete whatever
it is, and I didn't want it exposed to the weather,
on a continuing basis, I might protect it by shielding
it with a real light aluminum or a light tin, or light
metal type cover that looks similar to a pipe. This
was very long. You know. Just kept going. Had these
things all around it.
#31: Ok. In association with is that in association
with sketches 4 and 5? Which it followed right on your
description of 4 and 5.
#07: Yeah. I don't It's not associated to 4. 4 I
think, is garbage, but..uh..I just got the impression
I was distrubed when I did 4. 5, I don't know
where it's at in 5.
#31: Ok. Well, that's all I have. Thank you very much.
Have you anything to add?
#07: No. I just can't remember what the smell was.
#31: Well, let me go to my notes. Earlier, you had....
#07: I, I want to call it like a cleaning fluid, but
#31: Ok. well , that's what I was going to say you had
earlier. You Mentioned smell was like a cleaning
fluid.
#07: But, that's not exactly right. It has about it
attacks the nostrils about the same way cleaning fluid
does. You know. Once you recognize it for what it is
it's not unpleasant anymore, but, that's not what it is.
It's not cleaning fluid.

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-33

A
a. This was #01's second Project 8003 session. Prior to the
session, he was advised he would be directed back to a start point
arrived from his previous CCC25 imagery, that he was about .5 mile
off the desired target, and that he would be directed that distance
to the target by #66 once he (#01) had achieved a return to the
desired point. #01 was shown sketches #1 and 2 from session CCC25,
and was told these sketches represented the point he should return
to when this sinn henan. At session stvt, #01 was read the
coordinates: I reminded of the previous
sketches he had been shown, and directed to re-access that target SG1
location at 1000 hrs, 25 Mar 80.
b. Due to previous involvement in earlier Project 8003 sessions,
#66 was aware of general gestalt parameters of the target area (city,
valley, industrial complexity, etc.). Due to the necessity for in-
session movement for this session, #66 was advised separately by the
analyst that the target structure was a very large structure located
approximately .5 mile SE from the desired start point, positioned
perpendicular to a road leading in that direction from the start point.
#66 was requested to have #01 observe the road feature on the ground
at the start point, then move him in a SE direction along that road
until reaching the desired building. #66 was also forwarned of
considerable structural "clutter" along that route and cautioned
not to allow #01 to become distracted.
3. (S) ANALYSIS: A detailed examination of aerial photography and
ref map revealed the following:
