(S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in compliance with a request-Sor information on a target of interest. 2. (S) This session represents the third attempt by this viewer to access this target (see CCOO and CC99). The viewer was able to attain his usual state of relaxed concentration, but was disturbed periodically throughout the session by ambient room noise. The viewer was disappointed in the session because he wanted to have better resolution. 3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated. 4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target cuing information provided the remote viewer. SG1B PAUSE Relax and concentrate now. Focus your attention on the target selected for this afternoon. Focus your attention on the area you have described before in the vicinity of: Once again, focus your attention on this area. Solely on this area. Relax and concentrate. Focus and describe the area to me. PAUSE #11: Right now, I'm outside facing this mountain for not, nothing better to call it. #66: Fine. Stay outside. .Move to a position where you may observe better this that you see. #11: PAUSE I feel as if the area I'm looking at is where the tunnel goes up to the side thing. The area just below me is kind of flat, and just to my left and behind me is, seems to be another area of interest. #66: Move a little higher so that they come into view all at one time. PAUSE #11: Having a hard time. ..I keep...I'm winking in between inside of some tunnel and outside. Everytime I get inside, I say no, that's not where I want to be. And, when I go outside, I get a flash, and then I'm, I'm gone. I'm winking back and forth. I,..uh... Approved For Release 2000/08/C:rerCTR000200240001-4 Approved For Release 200 Q. I - 6 00788R000200240001-4 +11 I've had flashes of square box-like things. Some appeared stacked. Others were...they're all arranged, somehow, Then I winked out, and I winked in, and I winked back out again. I saw some L shaped things. PAUSE #66: Relax and concentrate on the target. Relax and focus your attention. Ask yourself, "How do I locate this target?" "How do locate this target?" #11: PAUSE Think I've had that answer all along. From my position I'm looking at the face of the side of a mountain or cliff. Below me is flat. I must be facing north. If I'm facing...I don't know which way I'm facing, but if I arbitrarily say the entrance to this tunnel is north of me there is a complex south and west from this tunnel entrance. I'm not sure whether it's military complex or a city. If one goes west for some distance you can see a coastline. PAUSE +15 #66: Describe the entrance to the target area. PAUSE #11: There's, there's some type of road or railroad that, or path or trail that leads to this opening in the side of the mountain. The opening is very large. It is, at least it is tall as a two-story house. Probably more. PAUSE The main entrance is rough rounded shape as you first come in, but there are other areas, other tunnels that are very squared off, very blocked off. It's as if parts of this tunnel are not just tunnel, the whole complex. It's as if parts of it are older than other parts. The, the older portions. being very rough, roughed out and other portions of the underground complex are very squared off and neat, and more of a smooth, long surface. Approved For Release 2000/08/07 0200240001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/0 200240001-4 +20 #66: Stand in the entrance, looking away from the entrance and describe the scene to me. +25 #11: PAUSE My very first impression was a...like a coastline affect. All I saw was some kind of an outline. This side closer to MQ was lighter in color than the other side of this jagged line. #66: Walk away from the entrance, slightly and describe the scene to me. Walk away from it so that you may see better and describe the scene to me. #11: PAUSE My absolute first impression is if I walked away from the entrance to the tunnel it was a sheer drop. PAUSE #66: All right. I have no further questions about the target area. If there's anything you'd like to add, please do so now. PAUSE #11: No. I'm not getting anything else. #66: Ok. Fine. Prepare to draw then. #11: When I first zeroed in I saw this side of a hill, cliff or mountain, or whatever, and I was above it. Must have been several hundred feet. There was this entrance way down here. Jesus! Hear that #43.5. And, clearly there was something leading up to it. Something clearly visible;whether it be a trail, railroad tracks or a road. There was something that pointed right to that. #01: You have a feeling that there was definition there though. I mean down the edges. #11: Where? #01: These two lines that you just drew there. #11: Yes. I just felt that there was something that led right into there. Whether be it a road, Approved For Release 2000/08/t;,i: Mr9ZEIR000200240001-4 Approved For Release 2000/ - 788R000200240001-4 a trail...uh...railroad tracks, a bed. It was lighter in color,. ok. There was a lightness going into there and I was somewhere, how, how do I put it? #01: Use some other paper. #11: I'll go to an overhead view to try to explain what I felt at the same time. Uh...I'll just use this. Here's this entrance way here, kind of, and here's this mountain going up and I'm overhead looking down. Seemed to be something in there, and somewhere....and this is flat....at the base of this feature here. Seeing that there was some other rugged country off in the distance that was an impression, now, if if my position was at X, and that's up in the air, ok, I, there was something over in this direction that was of interest of somehow...sorts. I was facing the mountain which I finally discribed as if I had to put north anywhere that would be north. I was facing that direction. Whatever that direction is. I'm. not say that is north, but for focal point... and this other thing that was behind be...uh... was to the south and west, and it just, the initial thing, it just appeared as a large shape. Looked like the cornern of a box or rectangle or whatever. #01: Is that the same, same boxes shapes that you talked about? #11: Well, it was very odd. I had a feeling that if one went for some distance to the west you'd run into a coast or a coastline, but was some distance off. Now, while I was getting the box shapes, and I felt as if I was in the same position up here, and the box shapes were kind of under me, and they were 3 dimensional...uh...it was a mass confusion. Some of them appeared to be on top of each other. Some of them might have been out here. They seemed to be on different levels, and then at the same time I kept getting...for some reason I kept getting sucked into this, this tunnel type thing, and then I'd come back out, and I would appear to come back to the same position and over to my left I saw... and this is an aerial view...something kind of L shaped, and I believe there was more than one. 4 Approved For Release 2000/08trarrR000200240001-4 Approved For Release 2000 788R000200240001-4 #01: Is that in proper relationship to the boxes you drew, or is that something. different? Different area or #11: Well, it's hard to say. When I came back to this focal point, which is X on drawing 2, to my right seemed to be the box shapes, ok, and then I would lose #01: That your right, right front or your right rear, or your immediate right or #11: Uh....well let's say that....you know, this is the area over here. Now these are not in proportion, but here's your, your mountain type thing, and there seemed to be other rugged country in the background. Uh...this stuff may have some it appeared to have something to do with this complex or whatever. The word complex kept coming to me. But, as I was over this position, these were off to my right, and the ?L shape was off to my left. It seemed like there was some type of delineation there. But, what, I don't know. #01: Can you draw me a sizing picture of the entranceway tathis tunnel. Because you had mentioned size. Maybe put a little stick man there or something to give me a feel for portion. #11: Yes. It was really odd. At different times as I was flashing back and forth I would go to different parts by no logical route. I would just be here and I'd go out and then I'd come back in a different type of area. #01: I don't understand what you mean by that. #11: Well, I'll give you sizing type thing. #01: Number that page 4. #11: Uh...if I were standing here with my hands in my .pocket and a little derby #01: What are those lines? 5 Approved For Release 2000/08E:M6CTR000200240001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/ 000200240001-4 #11: That's the rough It's a real rough tunnel as it starts out. It's very rough, rugged uh...like it was blasted on there or something. Now there were other parts that I appeared to be drawn to that were more uniform. In other words, ...uh..-.they're still fairly rough but they're more squared off rather than rounded. #01: Do you have a feeling for why that might be? #11: I, and I don't know whether it's analytical or whether it just came to me...uh...technology.... better technology. #01: Is this the only other variance, or where there others that were different? Different views. #11: Uh...yeah. I would say everything in between. As I said, it seemed like I was drawn into, you know, different parts at different times but without any logical way of getting there. In other words, I didn't go through the big, the big rough and go to my right or whatever. I just appeared to be in this place. Then I'd flash out; then I'd come back in a different type of #01: Do you have a feeling for the size of that area you just darkened in on page 5? #11: Yeah. It's much smaller than this. I would say 12 to 18 foot. There seemed to be all different shapes and sizes of tunnels. There was nothing really to put together. What was really odd, and absolutely doesn't make any sense what was really odd, when #66 asked me to stand with my back to the tunnel, which was no problem, and look out and tell him what I had, I had the feeling if I walked out it was just a straight drop off which, which doesn't #01: What are you talking about now? The round one or the #11: Yeah, yeah, which doesn't make sense, because then that would invalidate my, my road or path or whatever up to it. #01: I don't have any other questions. Is that all that you have. How do you think you like the session. #11: I personally don't think it went very well at all.
