REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CC99
1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information on a target of interest.
2. (S) The remote viewer was provided the geographic coordinates of
the target area and asked to orient himself on a target previously
described by him in an earlier session, CC90. The viewer was unable
to attain his usual state of relaxed concentration. The session was
finally terminated due to excessive ambient room noise.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the
viewer reference his impressions of the target site.

#28 This will be a remote viewing session for the
19th of February 1980. We have an on-target time
of 1400 hours.

Relax and concentrate #11. Relax and focus your
attention on the target in the vicinity of:
Focus your attention on the target area you described
to me as the subway tunnel. Focus once again on
this area and describe the target to me.
+08 #11 Again, I saw the tunnel. The area that seems to be
raised, the large open area..uh..and again I seem to
get association with railroad tracks. The, the
atmosphere around here...when I was there the last time
there seemed to be a bustle of activity. I don't see
this activity now. Instead, rather I sense that this
is some type of...ahhh...complex or something. Not
that there isn't acti....is not activity there, but,
the activity may be in other parts of this large
complex.
This whole place seems to be carved on the inside of
a mountain. The....ummm....it roughly reminds me of
the inside of Cheyenne mountain. There's a feeling of
large complex .....

Got a rather unusual impression on....everytime I
try to picture ...umm this tunnel and think about
railroad tracks I keep getting an impression of an
old time steam locomotive. I can't seem to shake it.

#28 It. It seems that (not audible). Let's draw what
we (not audible).
#11 Ok. On page 1. Basically, I just zoomed into
this tunnel type thing here. And, again, I had
a very strong feeling for tracks of some sort. And,
here's some type of area and here's a raised
area that is carved out pre -square or flat or
level. The rest of this is rather rough.
#28 I would like to ask you a question about this
particular area. When you're perceiving yourself to
be at this area near the flat carved out area, what
is your feeling for where there would be an EXIT?
If you had to choose thinking about being right where
you are now. Where do you think there would be an
EXIT?
#11 Right straight behind me.
#28 Ok. How far do you think that is away? What I'm
asking obviously is how far inside this tunnel is
this area?
#11 Goodness, I have no idea, but, at one time I decided
to go down the tunnel and I felt I was, I was going,
I keep stopping at this platform area, but, I felt
that from there I went..uh..kept going darker, you
know, into the darker area over here which seemed to
go on, and on, and on. I didn't come out anywhere or
perceive anything. And then I was drawn back. Now,
the only thing that I have is an impression that..uh..
whatever comes in here pulls up and stops here and
this is unloading or off-loading area. So, I guess I just
logically assumed the quickest way to get out of there
would be the way you got in. Not to say that there
isn't another way out of there. But, I think it's closer
the....to get out of this thing is closer behind me
than it is in front of me. Uh...I had-before I was
really interrupted I felt as if I walked...I moved to
my right looking for something and there appeared to
be..uh..some type of cooridor or something to my right.
It was rather squared off. Ok, now this isn't a true
dimensional drawing. In other words, this would have
been further over to my right, but, very large, square
but it was still....even though it was much squarer.
than this other stuff and more manicured, it was still
rather rough. Now, I felt as though this corridor or
another tunnel what.have you, went on further in that
direction and there was stuff down in there, and there
was stuff on to my right. Maybe I ......

#11 It's not...it seems to be...I don't know.
Uh...I don't know. It appears to be...or it felt
to be like...ah...this place was kind of like a honey-
comb. There was alot of activity or something going...
on down here. See if I can try to put...ah...an
overhead thing together.
It seemed to be...I don't know. I'm even lost myself.
Anyhow, this is the tall area. This was the platform.
For some reason I...and I didn't pick up on it this
time, but I still... there's an overall feeling from
last time that there's some type of...ah...over here
Whatever takes place on this platform. There are rooms
and stuff in here. This is a control area...where
whoever runs the show out here sits in here...and these
are heavy, super thick...uhm...walls, and, of course,
it all goes up to the ceiling. There's a whole complex
back here that's honeycombed... out of this area...and
for some reason, I associate it with storage. Now,
there's something back over in here that may be other
than storage. I don't know what. There seemed to be
more than one level.
#28 Ok. Are all of the levels underground?
#11 The ones that I was perceiving. It was like this huge
room here, and there were perhaps several levels, and
they had tunnels or rooms or doors going off somewhere
else. Another weird affect that I had on page 3...
I was seeing the inside as if...drawing number l...as
if I was there, but also seeing this mountaineous...
shape in drawing 3, and it was kind of like...the
mountain was overlayed. I was looking at the two at the
same time. How do I explain that. Anyhow, the mountain
was independent perception, and so was the page number
1, the inside of this place, but the drawing in number
3 was overlayed.
#28 Like a double exposure (mumbling).
#11 Right, right, right. And this... and... it reminded me
like that commercial...it was the shape of this thing
...a piece of the rock...perhaps this was the entrance
to the facility that we've got here. It seemed to be
very sheer and kind of lopsided.
#28 I wanted to get you outside and up over the top of
this, and get you to look around the surrounding area.
But, we didn't do that this time. We were interrupted
by noise.

#11 I had a feeling it was very mountaineous. Another
thing-probably no sense in it...in drawing it...
but as I said, I had a very unusual feeling of...or
impression... in fact, it may have been even imaging
...I'm not sure...but, it was really weird, and strong,
of an old steam locomotive engine...and, it really
wouldn't make sense for me to pop one of those things
through an underground tunnel. That's what kept
coming. Uh...
#28 Anything else?
#11 Yeah. I had an independent weird impression of a
tracked vehicle. A military type tracked vehicle.
But, where it was, and how it fit into the whole
thing, I don't know. Whether it was inside, outside,
or it might have been somewhere halfway in between...
points... somewhere, and it may not be clear, but
everytime I've come into this thing I've always come
in this way, and stop here. So, I'll draw an arrow
on drawing number 2 to show the entrance or whichever
way I'm getting access to this, down this tunnel. I'm
coming from the direction of the arrow and the arrow
in number 2 would be pointing back at you in drawing
number 3. It would be pointing to this place in the
rock. That's all I have.
