SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CC81
1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target of interest.
2. (S) At the time of the session, the viewer was provided
geographic coordinates of the target area. The viewer was unable to,
obtain his usual state of relaxed concentration. He was bothered by
ambient room noise during the session. He was also recovering from a
recent bout with the flu. He has been having personal problems which
may have affected his ability to totally relax and concentrate on the
task at hand.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol
(S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At Tab A are drawings made by the viewer
reference his impressions of the target site.

SG1 B
There appear to be mountains in the area where I am; not
where I'm located, but at a distance from...from where I'm
looking. I seem to be in some type of plain or basin or
valley or something.
Alright.
Not just mountains, a...a mountain range...ahm...appear
very rugged.
SG1 B
Focus now down on the target;
+15 #11 I don't seem to be...seem to be getting anything.
#66 OK, fine.
#11 Except some beautiful descriptions of herds of elephants.
#66 Anything else you'ld like to add?
#11 Ah...I...ah...I had a feeling of terrain and landscape
and all, but...ah...that was about it. A...a closeup
flash of some sort of track vehicle, but I don't even
know if that had anything to do with anything else, cause...
ah...I don't know, there was just a lot of garbage.

There's just too much noise going on.
#66 OK, can you draw some of the things you had there?
PAUSE
#11 Alright.
#66 OK. Talk about your drawing while you do it.
#11 I had the feeling that from where I was off in the
distance, this was...what I'm labelling here - mountain
range, it's a specific mountain range, not just
mountains or hill, whatever, it's a mountain range.
That feeling cam very strong to me. Ah...this flat land
over here is either a plain, but I had the feeling of...
of...ah...maybe even a basin of some sort because I kept
getting the feeling of either more mountains or hills or
something in the middle ground off to my right here, and
there was some more elevated stuff here off to my left in
the foreground. And, perhaps, and...and...this plain or
basin seemed to continue around the corner of what was in
the middle ground, and it almost as if I was standing in
a...a valley or something and looking...I was...I was
higher than this plain or basin here, but there was still
mountains or hills or either side of me, if that makes
sense.
No. 2 doesn't illustrate what I saw. Again, what I
actually saw I can't draw.
#66 Can you talk about it?
#11 I can try. I was...my head was right next to what
appeared to be the track of some type of track vehicle,
is all, but I was seeing it from different angles at the
same time, but I was only seeing this portion of it. The...
the tread and the track I saw from a... from an-kind of
like an angle, but the actual side of the vehicle, all I
saw was a square corner over here which belonged to this
part of the vehicle, but I was looking at it from a...a
different perspective or a different angle. Ah...I can
only describe it as looking at something from being two
different places at the same time.

Ah...in Drawing No. 3 and prior to the start of the
session, I had continual glimpses of some type of...of tall
building or a tower or something. The first one reminded
me of a tall building on a corner with other buildings...
ah...etc, etc, around there, but it was the tallest
building or structure around in the corner. Then, at B,
I saw it from another angle looking down on it, and this
time it kind of looked like a...a big clock tower like
Big Ben or something, but it still retained it's...it's
tower quality. Ahm...and appeared there might still have
been something attached to it, out from it, that way.
At C, again, it was looking up...up at this massive tower
type thing, but...and this...this time it seemed to be
smooth, white concrete construction...ahm...almost like a
rocket or space test...testing stand or something. For
some reason it seemed something to do with...ah...a rocket
or missile test stand or something... facility. And those
were all prior to the session, but they just kept coming
back and coming back and coming back.
#66 OK. Prior to being read the coordinates?
#11 Right.
#66 OK. Did you detect any activity at all in any of your
perceptions at the target area?
#11 Negative. No activity. Everything was static. Ahm...
the scenery thing was just a big, huge overall type thing,
not...ah...I think that was the only thing that even came
close to having any value, that I can think of. And even
that didn't ...ah...didn't last too long. I don't if it
was...if it was as noisy as I thought it was today, but I
just ...the footsteps, every time they went across...ahm...
I could picture a herd of elephants or a herd of buffalo
or...
#66 OK.
#11 It just seemed to disturb me, whether it was that loud or
not.
#66 OK. Anything else you want to add?
#11 Was it like that?
#66 Yes, it's...it's quite noisy.
