The viewer and facilitator were unaware of the specific project number and had access to no other details concerning the target. 2. (S) The following information was provided by the viewer concerning the proximity of the target coordinates: a. (S) Viewer reported a "big cylinder... water tower shaped thing" with an "awning on ground floor covering a step..." Objects size is re- ported as "20 feet taller (than wooden building)" and is described as "conical" and "legged." b. (S) Many buildings were reported by the viewer which corresponds to the target location. These structures are described as having a road nearby. The following generally describes the structures to be found at the target vicinity: (1) (S) "Low structures...long, wooden building that you could see under... solid mass of buildings." (2) (S) "15 or so feet from inside wire...50 yards long ...up on bricks ...lot more structures." c. (S) A "road" was reported as leading "out of wire" and "curves away to the right...then the curve is an entrance road which comes through the wire at the water tower shaped thing..." The wire fencing described in conjunction with the road was described as a "double" fence "10 feet apart..-3 meters high." The viewer described a screen inside fence...inside wire...wicker work." This screening was noted as being there to "prevent vision all of the way through." It should be noted that this viewer when previously tasked against the Communications/Per- sonnel Movement Trench, at the other end, also described a road with horizontal woven patterns in the fencing along the sides. (S) Viewer also described some tactical vehicles which are to be found both within the "motor park" as well as moving through the area. These are as follows: (1) (S) "Halftrack...(with)artillery." A "tactical" vehicle with "a two wheeled axle" was also seen. Both were apparently pulling artillery type objects. These are described as being "shrouded" having "dust cover...tarp" which "covers tube" and is "pulled down around in the near the axle." They are further described as "pointing at maybe 20 degrees off the verticle." (2) (S) Viewer described a "small armored. tank like thing." It was specified as having a gun "turret" mounting a "gun tube" only "a meter and a half long." "Not a big gun tube...old style (muzzle) brake." There were "two split hatches" a "double hatch" behind the turret' which when open would "expose the personnel inside." Viewer stated it was something like a PT76. e. (S) Viewer stated that the target coordinates were in close pro- ximity to a "maneuver range, driving range, rifle range, open range" type of an area. 3. (S) The above information was provided to Mr. John Armstrong (ITAC Estimates Division, Building #213) in santized format, to review for accuracy and to provide comments. Therefore, comments provided within paragraph 4 of this document reflect Mr. Armstrong's assessment of accur- acy for the information provided. 4.
