SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION 0075
1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing
session conducted in compliance with a request for information on
a target of interest.
2. (S) The remote viewer was provided with the geographic coordinates
of the target of interest at the time of the session. He was able
to attain his usual state of relaxed concentr&ion and expressed
confidence in his imagery after the session. Ambient room noise
was terrible but the remote viewer was apparently undisturbed.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing
Protocol (S) , undated.
A. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by
the viewer reference his impressions of the target site.

Focus your attention now on this afternoon's target.
Target is designated to you as
Relax and concentrate. Focus your attention on the
target and describe the area to me.
PAUSE
#07 I don't see anything very interesting. Valley, cold.
+05 Saw a...I saw a train. (Mumbling) buildings. One of
them seems to have alot of glass. (Mumbling) so cold.
PAUSE
I just saw end of a tower roof. Looked like building
over there across (mumbling) very primitive. There's
something awfully important off to my right. More
modern.
PAUSE
Valley appears to run in a northeasterly direction.
That primitive building is towards the west. There
(mumbling) bigger buildings on this side of the stream.
That'd be..uh..east side of the valley. I see..uh..
+10 I get this observation tower (mumbling) All those
restaurants, you know (phonetic). Goes around, and
around. Way up high. It's big thing down there.
It looks like..uh..I think three loops..three loops..
uh..coming together in the center like a four...leaf..
no?like a three leaf clover. Some kind of structure
in the middle of it. It's light (mumbling). I think
structure is basically round, not angular. Doesn't
have any angles.

#07 Very quiet. Wait a minute. (Mumbling) west side
of that slope I saw old boggles. A whole batch of
them. See blue-gray. I've been wondering around
this valley and I think I'm up in one of these ravenes.
Eastern side of the valley I see a whole batch of
tracks. (Mumbling).
#28 Explain tracks?
#07 Track vehicle...I think are tanks.
#28 Describe the activity.
#07 There's no activity. Just sitting there behind that
big fence. I see a guard shack up there. It's rather
+15 dim but there's somebody in there. That's funny.
I see...I see street lights on snow. Street lights.
I don't know. They're way up high on a post. Telephone
poles....they've got lights on them. Dam, it's cold,
cold ravene..uh..quiet. I'm awfully tense. I...
#28 Explore your feeling of tenseness and describe from
where does it come.
PAUSE
#07 I'm really up tight. I shouldn't be here. I'm
down here between...I'm behind this tank (phonetic) here,
inside the fence. Nothing's moving I figure about
5-6 inches of snow on top of the....on top of the
+20 barrels. Sparce timper on the top of the hill. I can
see the trunks settling against white snow. White
snow? White sand? snow Some of these engines
are warm!
#28 Tell me more about this.
#07 I just sneaked by one of these things...back of it..
could feel...could feel the heat. I'll check a couple
more. I don't know. Maybe, maybe they got to run them
so often. I don't know.
#28 Do you recognize these vehicles?
#07 I've been trying to do that. I saw some tubes. They
look bigger in the city...they were (mumbling) I didn't
see...I didn't see a muzzle break. (Mumbling) some of
these (mumbling) see big muzzle break.

#07 I saw a guy on top of one of them over there.
(Mumbling) inside which is no great, no great
activity here. (Mumbling) like I see the lights of
+25 a village..uh..further up the valley. I see something
that looks like...it looks like if you had a tire on
each side of a road.. a beam went across the road and
in the middle of the beam is..uh..a room or glass
walls. Like a controlled booth on a giant bridge
cram. It appears to be across the road. Somebody
in it. I got steam..uh..smoke..uh..further to the
south. Seem.. to be some light reflecting off of it.
It's smoke ...can smell it.
#28 Tell me about that.
#07 Ah, it's funny. ...just...lying ...lying in a thin
...lying in a thin layer. This is a thin layer.
...(mumbling) temperature (mumbling) or something.
Sure is strong. Like it..uh..it gags you.
#28 Tell me about it.
#07 It's blue. It's blue. They either got a fire
down here (mumbling) running a...a bunch of stinky
engines. Uh..there's something going on down there.
#28 Tell me about it.
#07 ...they got slot of lights on outside...pretty (mumbling)
working. Ah..they would come down these...long
+30 buildings and getting in trucks and vehicles. This
smoke has a peculiar odor to it.
#28 Describe the source of the smoke.
PAUSE
#07 Around here somewhere. There's a...first I thought
somebody was burning old tires or (mumbling) or something
to keep warm. I don't know. Something I don't know
why they should be up this time of night. There's
something over there. It could be some kind of manufactur-
ing over there, but, I thought these people getting in
the trucks were military.
#28 Tell me more about this activity with the trucks.
#07 People were just (mumbling) about....getting in
trucks...they took off down a slope towards the valley.
I had trouble getting over there where all the lights
was, but,it don't smell so bad here. I see..uh..
I saw pile of piles of wood....all stacked together
the ends up. Then I had the distinct feeling it
+35 was covered. I thought it was fire wood piled on end.

Piled with the ends up. Then I thought it was covered
with dirt or something. Oh! I think I know what it is.
I think this is..uh. .some kind of garrison, or something.
I think it must have been sending people out to relieve
a guard, or something. I have the feeling it's..uh..
routine. Oh! By the way?ah..this area with?ah?lights
(mumbling) is south of...south of the track to vehicle.
I guess-1/2 - 1/2 mile, maybe.
#28 All right. I have no further questions on the target,
at this time. If there is anything you'd like to add
do so now.
PAUSE
#07 I was surprised with the cold. I don't know why.
But, I tried to shake it off and it just kept coming
back.
#28 Tell me about your feeling of apprehensive or nervousness.
PAUSE
#07 I...you mean apprehension about the temperature.
#28 There was a time you were with the track vehicles when
you said you felt you didn't belong there.
#07 Oh! Felt I'd get shot or something they put a fence
around these and they see me in
+40 didn't tell you...but, I'm back up at the tanks, now
but, if somebody sees you here they probably shoot
and ask questions later. I don't care whose it is.
They don't have that big tall fence for nothing...
It's pretty good shot.
#28 Ok. Let's draw.
#07 Let me collect my thoughts. I remembered, it started
with a dark valley. I don't know whether I can draw
this or not but I was up...altitude and it was and I
thought there was a stream meandering down this here
and primitive..uh..I thought..could have been (mumbling)
structure over here that..uh..I thought, tile roof, or
something. Uh..I ..uh..over here..slope on right side
....let me see... .must be... .north.
These are hills off in the background. I don't know
how to draw hills looking down on 'em. Over here was
a...draw back up in here a draw ravine?like
large ravine tanks was up in there....there was a
fence up around in there and further up..uh..was

roads or streets I saw telephone with lights
on 'em but it was very dark in the area where
the tanks were.
#07 Around here was where there was some long building
and, somehow, I remember there was a parking space.
Alot of trucks and people came out of these buildings.
Down in this area....down towards the bottom of the
page is where all that smoke and stink was coming
from. Down this area. Up in here somewhere is where
I had the feeling I saw a guard tower ....restaurant...
It had windows on it that were top...were extended out
further than the bottom was. Like you see at..uh..
you know...airports where just top reflection. That
area up in there, looking down on it ...seems like
a blind canyon...ravine and up in here, close to
this side of the hill...this area here.. was tanks
inside this fenced in compound. Lots of 'em. There
was a guard shack right there. Black square. Up here I
saw..uh..there was posts up here with lights on 'em...
these dots along the road. There was ..uh..reflecting
off of snow, I think.
There was one of them that came in here and went along
here and there was smoke and light off down in this
direction here. I could see it reflecting and smoke
was rather strong. This is the stream, over here.
#07 Is that drawing of the tower thing explicit enough?
#28 Why don't you make a little larger one.
#07 Hum, I can't get these legs connected.
#28 Ok. This tower like thing that you're drawing on
page 3 reminded you of a restaurant or something?
#07 Well, the thing reminded me of a restaurant. Probably
an observation tower of some kind. I don't know. Fire
tower! Could be a guard, guard tower. I don't know.
It wasn't round. It was angular but it wasn't square,
I don't think. That's why it reminded me of a restaurant.
#28 Ok. On page 4 can you draw the area where the smoke
and the light and everything that...on one page itself?
#07 The smoke and the light?
#28 Yes. This area here that you have referenced down
here, and here...if you can draw me an individual
page drawing in a larger perspective

#07 And...there was trucks. Awful big trucks. Oh! There
was posts here with lights on 'em. I think there was
a gate or something here, and, there was also a road
over here, going down. I don't know where the...where
the fence was. The hill was behind this. Away from
the way you're looking now.
#28 And, where was this smoke and stuff?
#07 Smoke and stuff was on down...I didn't get down to
see that. I was vaguely aware. I don't think I saw
but I was vaguely aware of small manufacturing.
#01 That is a hill there? Is that what you call a
#07 Yeah. There's a hill behind here and this..uh
#28 Where is that on here?
#07 Well, this whole thing here is that...I guess top of
it is (mumbling) right along here. Looking down on
it, I guess I ought to put hatcher marks showing...
that make sense?
#01 It will if you label it.
#07 With this up here being..uh..
#01 I was having trouble seeing what that was.
#07 Ok. And, this is kind of a..you know. .open back in
here and these buildings snuggling against the hill.
This is a hill over here, too, with the...I'm so
close looking down on here, I'm looking at ...likely
...here that some more buildings here...but, I
particularly looked at these because they were lit
and because there was people who..uh..coming in. .over
these vehicles.
#28 You said at one time that you thought these people
were military.
#07 Yeah. I thought they were. But, I-I guess I said
that because I think maybe I felt that the..uh..
I think I felt that maybe the steam or stuff wasn't
coming from military, maybe. I don't know. I made
a distinction. I felt a distinction, at the time.
#28 Ok. Now if you can draw the stream that you
referred to, in the best detail that you remembered.

#07 (Mumbling) The thing that I remembered is the
banks probably 30-40 feet across. The stream, itself,
was probably 12-13 feet and below tops wide. That's
what I got out of it. 'cause what I got out of
it was..uh..where I could see that bit was between
me and that little old building over there.
#01 You don't feel comfortable doing that though.
#07 And I remember it...I remember it...you know...
going off to my right...the valley...this does not
...this just indicates it going up the valley. I
saw this here, right here. And..uh..there's not
much to draw except what I just told you there.
The..uh..the banks sloped down rather gradually.
#28 You can use colored pencils if you want.
#07 Hum. That's 12 feet from the tops of the bank to the
bottom. This is probably 6-8 feet wide, 6-8 feet
wide. That's about all I remember about it. I'm
just aware that it was there.
Was there anything else? I can't remember.
#28 Is there anything you want to add? How do you feel
about this session?
#07 I felt like there was time when I really went very
deep. With the tanks I...it was as though ...just
crawling around among them. I had a fear of being
seen, for some reason. I thought I was in danger.
I was very startled when I saw someone in that
shack up there. I immediately started peaking around
to see if there was anyone else around.
#28 Did you recognize the tanks at all? What type of
tanks they were.
#07 No. I tried to do that. I..I saw two I thought I
had seen somewhere before...large in the center and
you know, was smaller from there on up and no muzzle
break...and then I looked at the tanks that was
among ..then, I looked up and, you know, I saw
gigantic muzzle break and one over my head. I
remember one time thinging, gee, I'll count the boggies
maybe that'll give me a hint of what it is and, and
something happened. I remember the very large boggies
like..uh..what do they call it..(mumbling) christie(phonetic)
boggies..uh..instead of having separate set of return
rollers it looked as though the track returned on ..uh..
the..uh..on the same roller...from the top of the roller
rather than having a separate set. I remember being

aware of that and all of them seemed the same size
except ...I could see the one in front....the....
you know....the....I guess maybe it's drive, I don't
know. But, the tiny one up high off the ground.
I don't know. I tried to recognize it but I couldn't
Parts of it were pretty good. I felt very good
around the tanks and it was very live when the people
were scurrying all over the place and then it quieted
down. Most of it was rather quiet, but it was rather
sharp imagery.
