1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing
session conducted in compliance with a request from Commander,
Intelligence Threat Analysis Center (ITAC), INSCOM, Arlington Hall
Station, VA. This office was requested to provide information
concerning a target located in an area designated by the geographic
SG1A coordinate The mission for
this initial session was to provide a physical description of the
area perceived by the viewer as being the target. This target has
been designated as ITAC 2B.
2. (S) The remote viewer was highly motivated during this session.
He was able to achieve his normal state of relaxed concentration and
was able to resolve target area impressions. The remote viewer's
images of an underground complex are of interest. After the session
was completed the interviewer and remote viewer were told that the
target of interest at the designated coordinate was, in fact, an
underground complex. More sessions are planned against this target
in the hope that more detailed information about this underground
complex can be resolved.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, GRILL FLAME PROTOCOL, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol
(S), undated.
4. (S) Following is the transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by
the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. TAB B
will include relevant target identifying data when it becomes
available from ITAC.

security).
The target for today is ITAC 2B. It`.s'1ocated
SG1A
Relax and concentrate now and take a look at ITAC 2B,
our target for today. Focus your attentions on ITAC 2B
and describe the target to me.

+05 #66 Describe the target to me.

#11 My first and only lasting impression was like
standing in a big basin, maybe that's not right, but
flat land that's stretched out and off in the distance....
saw purple colored mountains. They for some reason..
the vegetation was sparse and clumpy...I had the
feeling for tan or brown earth colors around me.
PAUSE
Flat basin or valley or ..... or whatever.
PAUSE
#66 Tell me more about ITAC 2B. Tell me more about the
target\
#11 I just had a flash of something that didn't make
any sense.
#66 Tell me about it.

#66 Describe your position of perspective.
#11 From where I am standing in this basin - I'm facing
the purple mountains off in the distance - the ramp
and raised area, table, platform area, appears to be
off to my left.
#66 Move to your left and tell me more about this that
you've seen.

+10 #11 It was a level raised area with a ramp coming to it.
I had the feeling it was solid or it was rock concrete,
I don't know, I'm more of the feeling of rock than
concrete. I didn't see the top of this flat area, but
somehow know it was flat almost to precision.
#11 That doesn't make sense but I'll go ahead and describe
it. I seem to be...inside something here, like a
cave or inside of a mountain or something - these
huge heavy columns are supports that flare out on
top. I'm not sure...kind of the feeling inside of
a mountain rather than anything else. I didn't go...
Didn't have a thing going up or down - it was just
kind of sideways. Then the word salt mine popped into
my head. The salt mines are normally under the ground
that doesn't make sense.
#11 I had the wierdest feeling of being in a cave - of
being inside a mountain, it was...not a natural cave,
or if it was it's been altered, or man made or whatever...
#66 What goes on inside this place?
PAUSE
#66 Describe the activity and the feeling and the
atmosphere of the place.
#11 At first it seemed empty, but that just may have been
from where I was at that particular time - I get a
feeling of...something else, I'm not sure. I'll try
to take a look.

#11 Well, I guess that'd be where I was at the initial
part of it...was open, empty. The only other impression
I had was very fleeting. It would seem to have been
off to my left again and all I had was a impression
of some kind of pipe or conduit and what appeared to
be a valve or pumping station there or whatever. This
pipe was very large. I don't know what you'd call
large. Figure a foot or two in diameter.
+20 #66 Alright, it's time to draw the impressions you've
had to this point so I'd like you now to remember
very clearly everything that you've seen. Bring your
attention to focus back on the room now. Take a deep
breath. Move your arms, move your legs. Sit up and
draw those images that you've perceived.
#11 I sure hate like hell to disturb my arms and legs
(laugh) I'm back to the room but I'm not sure they are.
PAUSE
#11 I hope this all makes sense to somebody.
PAUSE
#11 Tell you one thing all this stuff is quite different
than what you would expect from those coordinates.
#11 Which bothers me right now.
#66 I don't really understand what you mean by expect
from these coordinates.
#11 Well,..um..you know analytically thinking about the
coordinates, it seems too far north to find stuff
like this. It wasn't what you'd expect to find at
51 degrees, course, I don't know.
#11 I almost had the feeling of semi-arid type...and
feeling. Kind of like a desert or desolate area.
Almost like a desert type situation . And this was
almost like a, just a flat, and for some reason I
felt like a basin of some kind, but I didn't see around
me 360 degrees. Off in the distance here, were some
purple mountains.
They didn't seem like the Rocky Mountains or anything.
You know, not a lot of peaks and all that stuff.

#11 But the vegetation was low shrubbing type vegetation.
Kind of sparse. The overall color of the ground was
like a tan color, like sand - like sandy soil. I...
Don't know why I hadn't - I didn't see it, but I had
an impression it was kind of a road or something here -
a dirt road, a path or something that went straight off
in that direction.
#11 Sitting here looking at it - it'd be a nice description
of the Gobi Desert.
#11 Ah, then off to my left and this doesn't hardly make
sense at all.
Here's that ramp that I was talking about and it went
up to a place that was flat, like a large table. I
had the feeling of stone, brown stone, lime-stone sticks
in my head but it was more solid - maybe it could have
been concrete, but I had the feeling it was yellowish
color. And up on top it was flat, very flat. Like I
said, precision type flat, like it seemed to be made out
of natural material but it was flattened out. Then I
felt as though I were inside.
#66 Is this after I told you to go to your left and then
describe it to me?
#11 Right. When I moved to my left I didn't pass by the
ramp or go over this flat area or anything, I was
just all of a sudden, I felt like I was inside. I saw
these big heavy columns that flared out on top. They
weren't that really close together, but it was a big
immense place and I had the feeling it was dark but it
was light at the same time, and it was light, or at
least I could see. Of course, this - there seemed to
be a rough surface on the top, and it was dark back
there, but it went off quite some distance so (drawing)
and there were more columns there - there whatever,
ugh, then -
#11 Right and I seemed to move to the left again and I
still felt as I was inside of a cave, I don't know
why I keep saying cave, it could have been inside
a building or something, but to the left of that I

saw kind of like a large pipe or something coming
down to some kind of junction box and then there was
at least one,maybe more,big valve in this thing, you
know/the wheel, the crank, the turn type valve or
whatever, and this went on kind of disappeared off
in the distance. And again I had the feeling that
this is a natural type.
#66 Is this assembly inside?
#11 It appeared to be inside the same, where I was - where
I felt like I was in a cave or something. And again
I felt like this was in a cave. It was dark back
here and it kind of - it was so dark it just went out
of sight. And it started going down into that hole.
And this would be the ceiling in the middle.
#66 This seemed to be more jagged - more natural than
the inside of this.
PAUSE
#66 Is there anything you want to add?
#11 No.
#66 Go ahead.
#11 No, I was just going to say that as usual it doesn't
make sense.
#66 Okay, when you are on the inside area, tell me about
the;,; temperature - what was the temperature like
inside?
#11 That's funny, maybe that's where I came up with this
feeling of being in a cave or a salt mine - the
temperature was cool. Cool, kind of, this part didn't
seem as damp as this part. This part over here seemed
more damp.
#66 Where you saw the valves and so forth?
#11 Right. More natural over here as far as the ceiling
goes. This was more manicured and felt - it was dark,
dark cool but not as humid or damp as....
#66 Were there others there?
#11 I didn't have the feeling for others. One time I
Kind of had the feeling for a storage area, getting
into too much analysis - I didn't have the feel for
other people in that immediate area where I was.

#66 Was the place a busy place, with a lot of to do
about it, or quiet subdued place, or
#11 It appeared to be more quiet - it's odd but this place
here seemed to be lit up somehow and this wasn't -
this was a darker area. It was light to where I was
looking. It was a little bit light to my right, but
to the left it was dark. I had a feeling that it's
kept up and it didn't feel like it was something that
was abandoned or anything. It was kept up - it was
in use.

#11 But I didn't get a feeling for what it was used for
or didn't have a feeling for people in my area.
#66 Any particular odors that you noticed?
#11 No, none at all.
#66 Is there anything that'd you'd like to add about
this?
#11 No, it was kind of neat though.
