After thinking about some of the problem areas you brought up
during your recent trip to SRI's Radio Physics Laboratory, it occurred
to us that the remote viewing technologies we have developed here are
capable of making a contribution. Therefore, we have put together
a statement of what we consider to be an optimum response with regard
to useful analysis and quick turnaround.
We would appreciate your circulating this document to those
responsible for the problem area in question. If there is interest
in our proposed approach, we would then submit a formal proposal
for consideration.
