Zimmer went on to ask about some of his messages. He said he had
taken care of minor matters in service messages and phone calls,
but wondered if this was the best way to do business. I said we
didn't want to live through every gasp and pant of the construction
project. He should wait until he has something concrete to report
and then do it by admin message or by cable so that everyone who
should be consulted had a chance to be involved.
