1. (Lowcock) FMCD, called today to advise d STAT
received a note from the Director of Personnel telling blAl
that HMCD management has no problems with his rotation o I or
a year. Their only concern is that remain at FMCD until STAT
a replacement is found, approximately 2 months. I advised Norm
that FBIS had no problem with this timing, although we would like
him to at least start work on a mechanism for collecting wage
survey data to support FBN compensation scales while still at
PMCD. Norm agreed to make every attempt to do this given the
urgency of the problem. The Director of Personnel will be sending
a memorandum to D/FBIS in the next few days advising of his
decision on the rotation. STAT
