B. Bui.l di ng_ and Grounds
Security upgrades continued at the bureau in August with the
bureau chief's office door being replaced with a solid wooden one
that has both a Unican cypher lock and Yale key lock. In addition,
the Army Corps of Engineers began the installation of the steel door
and wall that will provide controlled access to the entire 15th
T nor- from the elevators.
