Dear Dean Trunc,
In regard to our phone conversation of last Friday, I am
enclosing several examples of edited copy, plus a copy of our
Editorial Handbook and a brief history of FBIS.
As you say, there are many aspects that could be looked into,
but I believe the primary problem is copy preparation. As soon as
I receive the letter I mentioned I will obtain approval from higher
authority and forward a draft contract for your consideration.
