REFERENCE: Memo for Comptroller fm DDA, dtd 30 Jan 85,

1. Attached are summaries of the obligations, commitments,
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building
(NHB) Construction for December 1988 (Attachment A). For
FY 84, we recorded an obligation adjustment of $116.61 and an
expenditure of '.922.61 for connectors to be used with fiber
25X1 optic wires.

2. For FY 85, we recorded the following expenditures:
$450.00 for supplies; $46,281.66 for the cafeteria expansion;
$14,416.58 for installation of partial height partitions;
$12,553.50 for carpet installation; $21,676 for renovation of
the space occupied by the Office of General Counsel; $25,740
for renovations to the space occupied by the Office of the
Inspector General; $150,700 for the West Parking Lot; $336,375
for renovations to the space occupied by the Soviet East
European Division; $15,250 for punch list items; $63,696.84 for
the PASS project; $20,155 for renovations to the space occupied
by the Office of Information Technology; $55,800 for
construction in the South Tower; $8,800 for renovations to the
space occupied by the Office of Medical Services; $104,500 to
revise high voltage cable connections; and $46,925 for
renovations to the space occupied by the Office of Information

December: $125,000 for redesign costs; $3,000 for renovations
on the fourth floor; $78,263 for redesign of a replacement
chilled water system; $356,000 for renovations to the ground,
third, fourth and fifth floors; $9,922 for the removal of
excess construction material; $10,000 to install electric door
releases; $13,860 for the purchase of 300 boxes of cove base;
and $99,841 for Route 123 improvements. The following
commitments were recorded in December: $21,893 for renovations;

$23,193 to insulate partition walls; and $6,361 to
water test on the southside chilled water line.
