REFERENCE . USIB-D-41. 14/63 (COMOR-D-56/18),

1. USE, on 13 September, through medixm of vote sheet action completed
on that date, approved the COMDR recommendation on the subject which. was
submitted in paragraph 5 of the reference. Specifically, thereby, the Boa-vd
noted Tab A to USIB-D-41. 14/63 and approved, initially, the inclusion of the
Sino-Soviet and Sino-Indian borders in the programming of the= standby
as indicated in paragraph 3 of that document, with the explicit understanding
that the decision on whether the will actually be used against these areas
is to be made at the time the= is employed.
2. The above action has been referred by memorandum i(US1B -AM-63 /41,
16 September) to the Chairman, COMOR, for appropriate :implementation.
