1. In supplement of the record in references b. and c. regarding
recent USIB actions on the subject, Board members are advised that
the President, in a discussion with the Chairman, USIB, on 23 September,
approved revision of the formula for high-altitude photographic recon-
naissance of Cuba to provide for coverage of the entire territory of Cuba
every 14 days.
2. The above decision has been communicated to the Chairman,
COMOR, for follow-up actions in implementation of this formula as
contained in paragraph 5 of reference a.
