United States Intelligence Board conference room.
At a result of our discussion with the interior designer:,
it ha ' been decided that it would be best to use plaques. The
plaq>e of your agency which you have loaned to us is entirely
satin ctory and we would appreciate authorization to keep it
and prat it in the room.
