1. During the USIB meeting on 7 August, the Board:
a. Noted. the COMOR report contained in the reference as
supplemented by an oral report by the Chairman, COMOR.
b. Noted. the Acting Chairman's statement that he had informed
the Special Group of the substance of CQMOR's last report on the subject,
and General Carter's assumption that the DCI would continue to inform the
Special Group of these COMOR reports as they were prepared and discussed
by USIB.
c. Noted that COMOR would continue subject reports, at least
through the present bad weather period.
