1. There is attached a copy of the proposed-system for 25X1C
use of TALENT information in targeting which was discussed by UAB
Members with in June. The document appears to describe 25X1C
procedures which we discussed at that time.
2. I would appreciate it however, if you would review the
document and confirm to me by telephone your agreement with the
procedure. While I am on active duty you can leave word with my
secretary, code 143, extension 3249.
