LIST AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CITY PLANS ON SELECTED USSR CITIES
Specifications:
The city plan should meet the same specifications as the base plan
and include the following, with word identifications or keyed annotations:
(1) Street names and street addressn numbering system;
(2) Postal zones, boundaries and numbers;
3) Major industrial complexes, principal Government buildings
(All-Union Republic, oblast, rayon, city;
(4+) Public buildings, (hotels, restaurants) etc.);
(5) Militia districts (boundaries, official. name, and/or number
designation);
(6) Railroad stations and marshalling yards;
(7) Trolley and tram routes (indicate line numbers);
(8) Outstanding cultural features, particularly tourist attractions
such as museums, libaries, etc., -- including parks and cemeteries;
(9) Airfields (indicate whether civil, military, or both).
