SUBJECT: Use of CHESS Material in an QACSI Publication (C) ;e?
1. The Army Member of the Board requests approval for utilization
of material contained in Special Photo Intelligence Report No. SPIR-1-57,
Brest-Moscow Highway - U.S.S.R.
2. This request contemplates using the cited material as the basis
for an OACSI Intelligence Research Project entitled "Characteristics of
the Brest-Moscow Highway - U.S.S.R.," to be given dissemination outside
of QACSI to the extent common to similar publications. A draft manuscript
copy of the proposed document is submitted herewith for appropriate review.
3. The highway from Moscow to Brest has been subject to recent overt
travel by officials. Their reports concerning this
travel accords-the necessary feasibility to sanitization of SPTR-1-57 and
provides essential supporting collateral information.
