MEMORANDUM 'OR: Committee on Overhead Reconnaissance
SUBJECT: Objectives fo Reconnaissance in Cuba

The COMOR Working Group met on 12 June (0930-1615)
and subjected CONOR-D-24/48 to an intensive review. The targets
for low-level coverage that were recommended in February were
examined individually in the light of all-source intelligence acquired
during the past few months, and a revised listing was compiled which
represents the present consensus of the Working Group xnernbers,
Attached for consideration by the COMOR is the new listbig arranged
in order of priority, including a brief description of each target. The
coordinates of these objectives will be spelled out in more detail upon
completion of a study currently in progress at NPIC.
