2. It was agreed that HTAUTOMAT mould provide a copy of each mission
plot and of each cumulative plot as produced to the TCO of each participating
agency as follows:

3. It was also understood that problems which HTAUTOMAT may
face in carrying out the above, such as manpower or expense, may require
reconsideration of this plan after some experience has been gained,

6, Col, Bagley stated that G-2 felt there was a need for liaison
arrangements with comparable to those for HTAUTOMAT, Col. Macia
agreed to call this to the attention of Col. Richmond, The Chair agreed that
such arrangements as were worked out, if possible, by Col. Richmond and
would then be formally notified to the members as had been done
previously for HTAUTOMAT.
H.TAUTOMAT:
7. In discussion of schedules for handling of photography the following
points were made.
a. Generally, it will be at least five days from
completion of a mission until HTAUTOMAT receives its
materials.
b. The tracker print will be available in AUTOMAT
to participating agencies liaison officers.
c. Photo Interpreters from Army, Navy and Air Force
may be assigned to new AUTOMAT Office as of 10 July,
