As you complete your first summer with us, I wish to extend my
appreciation to you for your consistent work and dedication. The efficiency
and flexibility you've provided to the members of the Personnel Branch and
Administrative Staff greatly facilitated their work in numerous ways. I also
want to thank you on behalf of all the FBIS travelers who would not have made
their TDY and PCS departure dates if you had not hand carried their visas and
passports to the appropriate offices. In addition, your organizational talent
in arranging the first annual " FBIS Summer Only Splash" did not go unnoticed
by your supervisors. Thank you!
Please accept my best wishes for success as you begin your junior year at
the Colorado State University. FBIS is looking forward to your return during
