2. REMARKS: A SOVIET AKADEMIK TUPOLEV-CLASS ROLL-ON/ROLL-OFF
(RO RO MERSHIP, WHICH HAS ARRIVED IS AT THE
MAIN TRANSSHIPMENT MOLE WITH EIGHT SIGNAL/ELINT VANS AND FIVE
ROUND-TOPPED SHOP VAN TRAILERS ON DECK. SEVEN MEDIUM TANKS ARE
ON THE MAIN MOLE, AND ONE POSSIBLE MEDIUM TANK (NOT ON GRAPHIC)
IS JUST SOUTH OF THE MOLE. TWO POSSIBLE MEDIUM TANKS (NOT ON
GRAPHIC) ARE NEAR THE NEW, INCOMPLETE MOLE TO THE EAST. (SWN)
THE NICARAGUAN MERSHIP "MONIMBO", A KNOWN ARMS CARRIER, HAS
ARRIVED AT THE MAIN TRANSSHIPMENT MOLE. THE "MONIMBO" WAS AT
LA HABANA PORT FACILITIES YESTERDAY. (SWN)
