SUBJECT: Request for Identification of Key Policymakers

1. During the NITs Working Group Meeting on 14 April, you were
informed that the Intelligence Producers Council Staff planned to
establish and maintain for the Intelligence Community a centralized
listing of key policymakers at and above the Deputy Assistant Secretary
level. This was to be accomplished through inputs from the organizations
represented on the NITs Working Group.
2. We hereby request that you provide us with the position titles,
names, phone numbers, and current mailing addresses of your organization's
key policymakers. If a position is vacant, please indicate, and then
provide the relevant data when the position is filled.
3. It is extremely important that the Intelligence Community have an
accurate listing of its key policymakers so that we can ensure that these
individuals are receiving the intelligence support and products that are
crucial to the performance of their functions.
4. Please provide the requested information by COB 26 May. If you
