1. The Intelligence Producers Council Staff (IPCS) is hereby requesting
that DIA establish an account for the IPCS to receive one copy of all DIA
products. I understand that of my office and
DIA/DB, have already discussed this requirement with you and that this
memorandum will formalize the request.
2. The IPC is chartered to advise and assist (1) the Intelligence
Community in improving the effectiveness of the production process, and (2)
the Intelligence Community Production Managers by providing an interagency
forum to address the quality of the intelligence product. Therefore, it is
imperative that the IPCS receive a copy of all DIA products to fulfill our
mission.
3. I certify that the IPCS has appropriate storage facilities (the same
as the IC Staff) for all collateral and compartmented materials. The IPCS is
