1. There are attached our responses to the three questions
you put to us the other day fallowing the White House session Mon-
day night. The answer to your fourth question will be along shortly.
2. We have actually treated the question relating to our
goals in MBFR as two questions. 6dhat do we really want from MB FR?
How do we answer Brezhnev if he asks the same questions?
3. I would like to reinforce Stoertz' advice that we be
very cautious on the question of a comprehensive test ban. .This
