MEMORANDUM FOR: Members of Crisis Management Task Force
land I have reviewed with Dick Lehman the
attached revised draft of our Outline and Checklist of Intelligence
Community Actions During Crises. He is in substantial agreement
with the process we have defined.
Therefore, I would very much appreciate it if each of you
would take up the attached draft with your principals and have con-
sidered comment and any suggestions for change in my office, Room 6D52,
by 23 September. After gets back, we will plan for another
meeting of the working group on 5 October at 3:00 PM in the Operations
Center Conference Room.
