The list reflects the discussion of the Policy Review Committee (Intelligence) at its meeting on 25 November on intelligence requirements and priorities. It is expected that this list will be discussed further at a future meeting of the PRC(I) for the purpose of assigning some relative priority among the various topics. With what impact on Western economic recovery and on policy toward the less developed countries? What leverage has the US? 3. What are Soviet objectives, strategies, capabilities, and particularly vulnerabilities for strategic warfare--e.g., the accuracy of their intercontinental weapons, cruise missile, civil defense, and a neutron bomb? For war in Europe? 4. What are the USSR's objectives on arms control issues, in- cluding SALT, MBFR, CTB, the Indian Ocean, and non-proliferation?
