Dear Bill,
Met last week with BGen Stubblebine just to bring him up to
speed on the activities of my office. Not surprisingly I found
him very responsive and supportive. Of course, I do have one of
his 05's attached to the National Warning Staff, so he should be
interested. But even beyond that, a number of the initiatives
that are underway here are directly related to their formulation
of intelligence support to Echelon Above Corps in Europe.
Because of that, and the fact that your own plate is overflowing,
I thought that you might want to consider making General
Stubblebine the Army representative to the Warning Working
Group. I have said nothing to the General about this but would
be happy to raise it with him.
