National Operations and Intelligence Watch Officer
Advisory (NOIWOAD) Distribution Procedures
1. When two or more watch officers agree that an Advisory should
be issued the agreed upon Advisories will be sent by the Chairman-for
record purposes to each NOIWON member by LDX or other hard copy means.
2. The Advisory must be in a form which will make a sensible
English sentence after it s.stripped from the format in order that
it can be transmitted in message form.
3. Each NOIWON member agency will be responsible for distribu-
tion within its own agency.
4. A copy of the Advisories will be sent to DCI/IC/PRG.
