I enjoyed your recent visit and discussion and feel quite certain
that a close liaison between us can do important things in warning
enhancement.
As a starter, I am enclosing some information about our National
Warning Training Course that will get its first airing 18 - 22 June 1984.
Attachment 1 is a summary of functional areas that are addressed in
the course and Attachment 2 is a more specific course schedule. They
may be helpful in visualizing the course and evaluating its usefulness
in some form for the NATO arena.
