1. This memorandum provides information to assist you with
administrative preparation for our Washington Area Operations-Intelligence
Center Chiefs' Conference (WAOCC) visit to Space Command/NORAD and Strategic
Air Command Headquarters on 23, 24, and 25 May 1984.

a. SPACECOM/NORAD and SAC will provide overnight quarters for the
group. (Recommend you bring a credit card as a backup)

b. Your travel documents (orders or your individual Agency's version
of travel authorization for U.S. Government aircraft, etc.) should
contain authorization to visit the following verbatim locations:
(1) for SPACECOM: "Headquarters NORAD and/or Headquarters
SPACECOM, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado 80980"
(2) for SAC: "Headquarters, Strategic Air Command, Offutt Air
Force Base, Nebraska 68113"
7. For a more detailed description of what we will see and hear, please
see classified attachment to this memorandum.
