I particularly wanted this group to see the direction being taken by Space Command and to understand the significance of your role as "tactical warner." Your folks were very good at describing the necessary contextual basis for tactical decision making and the importance of the close interaction of intelligence and operations. Your impact on Space Command and your other commands is very evident and, while I know that the directions won't change drastically, your retirement will be a loss to the nation.
