Chiefs (WAOCC) Conference
1. The WAOCC Conference-is a forum to convene the Chiefs of
key operations/intelligence centers to discuss mutual problems,
exchange ideas, share lessons learned and improve the working
interface in our daily activities.
2. Our past discussions make it clear that your
responsibilities and the importance of the tasks assigned to your
agency make increased interface with FEMA a mutual necessity for
the community. We therefore extend an invitation to you to
become a member of the WAOCC Conference. The attachment is the
Terms of Reference for the group.
3. Our next meeting will be held on 27 January 1984 at
Department of the Treasury. Details of the agenda will be sent
to you at a later date. On behalf of the community, I welcome
you to our group and look forward to a close and useful
association.
